All of these services have been performed for me by CTR. Best part of using Kris and his team is not having to wonder if I'm paying to much or if it's being fixed correctly. He shoots straight and follows his shot. Highly Recommend this team of professionals without reservation!

I am so impressed with the service we received. Our fire/carbon monoxide detectors kept going off the weekend I turned on our furnace for the first time. We aired out the house and they would turn off. The minute I closed everything, they alarmed again. I called CTR and Kris Keller came out within an hour to check for gas leaks. I had my daughter and her 2 small children living with us at the time so this couldn’t wait. I will use CTR for all my air conditioning and heating needs.

I reached out to several companies for AC repair and CTR responded and fixed it before any other company even called back! They were super friendly and did a great job. He even called in to see if my furnace was under warranty and it was, so it cut the cost for me. Thanks Chris.

Our air conditioner stopped working. We called the next day and they were out that morning replaced a small peace on the blower motor of the furnace. We have our air back. The cost was vary reasonable. We would use them again.

Due to our aging system, I have requested CTR Heating and Air Conditioning to come and service our HVAC system a couple of times over the last few of years. I have always been impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty of Kris and his staff. I know when we call with a HVAC need that we will be taken care properly, promptly, and at a great price.

Our 20-year-old air conditioner unit finally needed to be replaced this week. Kris took the time to help us make an educated decision about what type of unit to replace it with. Travis and a second employee came to our home this afternoon and did a great job installing the new unit. They were polite, professional, upbeat, and kept us routinely updated on what stage they were at during the installation process. Thanks to CTR Heating and Air Conditioning I am typing this review from the comfort of a well-air conditioned home. I would highly recommend CTR Heating and Air Conditioning to all my friends and neighbors.

Had a terrific experience. Kris came and installed a natural gas BBQ and then I changed my mind. Fully anticipating another full Charge, he declined payment despite the extra trip and time etc. Totally unheard of and I was astonished. Great quality work and with an unbelievably fair cost.

Kameron was fantastic! He arrived shortly after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was very nice and professional. We were quite anxious about how much it was going to cost to get the gas valve on our furnace replaced, since repairs on HVAC systems can be a lot of money. But the price Kameron gave me is the exact amount I was charged. He also went above and beyond and cleaned the furnace out for us and cleaned of the sensor. I sincerely appreciate his hard work and positive attitude. Great job!

These guys are great! They added new runs for our basement and moved the water heater so we could open up the hallway. Made all the difference! They were in and out and very reasonably priced. Once our remodel is finished, we will be calling to have a new furnace and a/c installed!
