Amazing service! Our AC stopped working on a Saturday evening and we thought we wouldn’t be able to get anyone until Monday. Fortunately, we found CTR and we couldn’t have been more pleased. After receiving a very high priced bid to connect an outdoor gas line to the meter, I called CTR. They were 60% lower! From quote to installation was 3 days. The employees were very helpful, quick and friendly! This is my new go to for HVAC!

Amazing service! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air, so started to call a few places to schedule a service call. Most places I called were 1 to 2 weeks out. CTR came out that day and was able to fix our A/C. Very nice and professional techs. They even had the part on hand and was able to fix in one visit.

Outstanding company. Our HVAC system was a Frankenstein of poor choices by the previous homeowners. Different sized components, thrown together to convert from a swamp cooler. The system produced cold air, but struggled to keep our house below 80 during the summer due to return and supply issues. Chris came out and provided a quote for free. He approached the issue with a "goal oriented" mentality, talking me through the plethora of issues and options. No up-sale, no bs, just solutions that would fix MY specific problem. His professionalism and quote easily beat out the other companies that I had contacted prior. Travis was our tech for the repair and it was a pleasure having him around. He was considerate, clean, and provided quality work. System now functions properly and we aren't standing in front of the fridge with the door open all summer. Chris even called a few days later to see how everything was working. Top notch company and service.

This company spent time going through a quote from another company and verifying the cost was fair. They confirmed that the price was fair and let me know even though they wouldn’t get the business. That was huge for me. It shows integrity and honesty. I will definitely use them in the future.
