Daren from Black Diamond was awesome. He came in and did my tankless water heater flush and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was also very personable and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Black Diamond again!

Alan and Kris arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They quickly performed my sewer inspection, let me watch the camera feed and explained the findings when I had additional questions. I'll be calling them again next time I need help.

A few days ago my furnaces was not working properly, my house was cold and the fan just kept running. I contacted black Diamond who installed the unit. For 3 days straight I had to call to get a tech out to take a look. Not once did they treat me like I was going crazy.
Each tech was professional, concerned and worked hard to figure it out. Finally on the 3rd day, the culprit was found!!! System is running as it should and I appreciate every person who took my calls and who came out to my house to get it resolved. Thank you David, Nevelin and Rusty!!!

Kyle was awesome. He is an excellent electrician and did a professional clean job. He made a lot of good recommendations and obviously has a lot of experience in his trade. He is a good guy and made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. We couldn’t be happier with the all around job performance. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Black Diamond and Kyle to anybody.

DO NOT use this company! They're prices for sewer re-lining are literally triple the price of Beehive Plumbers. They promised they were giving me the 'deal of the century' on re-lining my sewer, and tried to rush me through the process, saying things like I'm on borrowed time and they have the best prices in the valley and I better schedule with them before prices go up again. It was all a sales and pitch and totally false. Luckily I shopped around and got the job done for literally 1/3 the price. I honestly feel sick that Black Diamond Plumbers think its okay to do this to people.

Allan answered our call and showed up the day of our emergency. Every other service we tried could not come for a week due to all of the flooded basements happening all over the area. His crew worked really hard at putting a sump pump in our already wet basement. Spencer and Adrien were friendly I can’t say enough about how hard they worked. Would definitely use Black Diamond again.

Black Diamond is the only company we use for our rental properties. Tonight they came out within three hours of my first call, went the extra mile for a great price on furnace tuneups, and helped us find multiple options at different price points for nursing along or replacing our 25+ year old furnaces. We've used them for HVAC for years, and more recently for drain cleaning and electrical, and we've always been happy with their responsiveness, quality, and pricing. Why call anybody else?

They were nice guys and made the job sound complicated like I needed their service. I have a laundry floor drain that overflows when the washer drains and the kitchen sink will gurgle when it happens. I cut the ceiling holes to save money in the basement so they could replace some pipes and raise it so it drains better. What they ended up doing was just lifting the pipe with a new strap and then using liquid nails around the drain so its not loose. Both things I could have done, and during that they took a lunch in their car for an hour so in reality they hardly spent time working on the job. Definitely not worth $1,000. And the sink still gurgles and we have to run to stop the washer so the drain doesn't overflow. I just hate felling taken advantage of, after all the things they said they would need to do but decided not to do.
