Blake installed a new panel for me at a great price! Very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. We talked about 3d printing and looked over other areas of my system that could be potential hazards. Will definitely recommend Blake and Whipple to family and friends

Brent was absolutely INCREDIBLE!
Our plumbing job took longer than anticipated but Brent was cheerful and patient throughout the whole process. He took his time in an efficient way to make sure we were taken care of. He showed us all the behind the scenes work and helped explain our new system. He respectfully treated our house the way he would treat his own home. He was thoughtful of our pets and truly left our house better than he found it. Everyone deserves such a wonderful expert like Brent! (Boss, if you’re reading this, he deserves a raise ;)

We had need of a solution to help temperatures even out in our master bedroom and a new water heater. The solution was to install a new HVAC hybrid heat pump solution. This included a new tankless water heater and water softener. The install team was fast and got the job done in one day. They are very nice and courteous.
Issues:
1. The new HVAC system has a loud groan when starting. They sent a very nice tech to fix the issue. After some checking, he determined this was normal.
2. The AC startup has never been completed. The AC ‘cools’ the house but is far less effective than the old system replaced. I have contacted them multiple times to have this resolved. Nothing to date has been done.
3. Water heater exhaust was run via the fresh air intake. It is not secured and is very ugly. The city inspector came and asked them to run it via the previous exhaust vent to the roof. Instead, they came, capped the vent off, and cut holes in the mechanic room to let fresh air in from the hallway.
4. Water heater was not set up correctly. Our home has a recirculation loop. I asked them to fix it because it was taking over 5 minutes to get hot water. They looked at it and said it was fine. I read the manual and found they had the unit set to internal recirculation I flipped the valve to external recirculation and things started working as expected.
5. The water softener is extremely loud when recharging. It howls and whistles like a banshee from the underworld. The technician secured the drain line. Even after sharing a video recording of the noise.
Every time the technician comes they are kind and courteous. They do act like they are in a hurry. They tend to leave things messy and sloppily done.
I have contacted Whipple many times and asked them to fix the installation. They seem incapable of accomplishing the tasks required. I do not recommend their very expensive service or products.

Gene and Austin were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping to pick out a new system that would be best for our home. Andy and Kevin, the installers, were fantastic! They were very professional and quick. Even after Kevin hurt himself on some sheet metal. Andy cleaned up any material left over and explained the functions of the furnace, AC and thermostat fully. They even moved a trailer by hand to be able to get the condenser unit into the back yard. These type of employees are the reason we keep coming back to Whipple.

Communication with the team was great and everyone seemed to listen. Austin was the most knowledgeable HVAC tech I have ever worked with and explained things well. He didn't seem rushed and cared about the quality of service. The term "Tune up" is poor for the service and it should be called an inspection instead. Nevertheless, the value was impeccable and I really appreciate his time and help.

Bill was awesome! He came by and walked me through everything I wanted to know! Very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. Talked to me about things I could do, things that needed to be done and gave his honest opinion about what I needed to do to move forward. I appreciate everything he did to help us out today! James Garcia's AC Tuneup visit was fantastic. He was very professional and did a great job of showing me everything that he was doing. The recommendations he made for follow-up with my aging system were great. Whipple is fortunate to have him representing their company. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Also the texted picture of him prior to arrival was a nice secure touch.

I called Whipple this morning with a burst water heater gushing water into my main bedroom and utility closet. They were able to send a plumber within the hour and Austin was fantastic! I was impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and respectful he was. He explained everything clearly with no pressure. He didn't try to talk me into more than what I needed, and I'm so happy with the result! (The water heater was 20 years old so definitely needed to be replaced.) I'm amazed that I'm up and running with hot water again in just a few hours. Austin went the extra mile and took great care of me! Thank you, Whipple and Austin!!!
