We’ve used Black Diamond for years. Never had a bad experience. They take care of all our home and rental property needs.

Canyon came out to complete our annual A/C unit maintenance. He was know, very thorough, and answered all of our questions.

Canyon did a furnace and AC tuneup for us. He noticed a couple issues and walked through them in detail so we knew exactly what was going on. Didn’t try to pressure us into making huge $$ repairs, and just gave us the straight-up info we needed. Completed the work quickly and the system is running great.

Black Diamond is always honest and don’t try to do high-pressure upsells of unnecessary add-ons (unlike several of their competitors). It’s why I keep using them and will refer them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Brett and Bernie onsite to finish a networking project in our new home. Professional, fast, and great quality work. Black Diamond as a whole was very easy to work with, offered services others in the valley couldn't provide, and I'd easily recommend them for any future projects.

Rusty came out to check our HVAC system for the summer. While he was thorough and professional, he quoted me some incredibly high rates for replacement parts. I called another company and shared the quotes with them, and they told me that they do entire systems for what Black Diamond had quoted me to replace one part. Had the second company come out and they found absolutely nothing that needed to be repaired or replaced, just needed a little coolant added. Will not be using these guys again.

I worked with David, Michael, Joe , and Yovani. We had just bought our first home and had to replace our entire AC/Furnace system. These guys have made this the easiest process I’ve ever experienced! They were so kind and explained everything to us in a detailed manner. They didn’t force us into anything. Gave us all our options! They’re communication was amazing. Great experience with the Black Diamond Experts HVAC technician that came out to determine the issue with our air conditioner! Reo was prompt, professional, skilled at the task at hand, informative, and explained /answered many of the concerns and questions that I had! Our air conditioner is now serviced to run properly going into the hotter months of the year! Thank you, Reo!

We had a lot happen this week with our lower floor flooding.

Daren was great at quickly identifying the problem and coming up with a plan to address it! We also had to change the plan two days later and Daren was excellent at adapting the plans as we figured out more about the cause of the flood.

Stetson also came out and checked the sewage lines, cleared some slow drains, and did some additional inspections for us.

Always a black Diamond customer. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians that listen and work with the customer.

We had a great experience with Black Diamond- they were very thorough and responsive during initial discussions, and took the time to understand our specific needs and provide various options. They went above and beyond with their initial diagnostics, which helped us make the decision to replace our 23 year old furnace! The turn around time was impressive (about a week, but would have been faster if we’d been available!), and the guys who came out to do the installation were professional and efficient. Great value, and would definitely use them for future projects or repairs!

Ryan was professional and got the job done right. The two other companies I called tried to charge me for things I didn’t even need to have done, but Ryan was honest and gave me a fair price. Would definitely recommend Black Diamond!

Daren came to help us with a very tiny gas leak in our fireplace. We are new to house stuff and he was knowledgeable and kind. He also helped us with more than just the fireplace (i.e. our very old water heater). He also worked with us to help us save money and provided us with a lot of information to help us prepare for and afford future repairs. I would highly recommend!
