I had Black Diamond install AC in my house two years ago. This week the control board in the air handler went out. They replaced it promptly and for free. The company stands by their products. So glad I used Black Diamond. Rusty was prompt, had good communication and knows his stuff. I’m impressed with how quickly they fixed my equipment.

We had an AMAZING experience with Black Diamond. They got a tech out ASAP, they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Our technician, Nathan B., was a gentleman and a scholar. He helped us get our downstairs outlets figured out, saving me missed time from work. Nathan was honest and a subject matter expert. I know my mom, who is a single mother, felt at ease with the services. It’s good to know that there are still honest trade workers out there doing the right thing. Thank You Nathan! Daren was professional and courteous. I appreciated his very thorough review of my water pipes and fixtures. He also gave good recommendations sent right to my email.

Jonny and his associate did a terrific job installing several ceiling fans and dimmer switches for me today. They worked quickly, communicated with us appropriately throughout the service, and were highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

Josh D. inspected my electrical panels inside and out. The box outside was hanging the screws had come out. He replaced the screws and reattached the panel. He was very thorough and pleasant. Thank you Josh!

Beau is awesome. We already had a standing relationship through our mutual networking outreach, where he's always super friendly and knowledgeable. He came quickly when I suspected a gas leak. Within seconds of entering the home, he already knew there was a leak (not trusting his nose, but utilizing scientific instruments). We got it fixed within minutes and couldn't be happier! We'll definitely reach out for a quote when we're ready for whole-house A/C, and he's treated my parent's and sister well with their furnace and A/C replacement so far. Highly recommend!

Daren Anderson was wonderful. Not only did he service our water heater and fix a potentially bad issue, he also found a leak in our waterline and helped us locate the source. Black Diamond has always been incredible but Daren was a lifesaver!

We called Black Diamond to discuss intallation of a dual fuel heat pump system to replace our furnace and A/C. Rick came out and explained absolutely everything we could want to know about the current state of HVAC alternatives and how they really work in over two hours. We could not have asked for a better explanation of our alternatives. When we agreed on a system Rick arranged for installation the next day. The team was totally professional, courteous and efficient. The system has totally changed the environment in our house. Cold spots and hot spots are gone! And we now have the most efficient lowest operating cost HVAC system we can afford.

Rick and Black Diamond are a fabulous team and we highly recommend them. Certainly if we have any future HVAC, electrical plumbing needs Black Diamond will be our first and only call.
