Daren was great! He’s actually helped us on a couple different issues. You can tell he’s experienced. He was thorough with explaining the process with us. We love black diamond.

Daren came out for some regular maintenance of our water heater and plumbing as part of their service plan (which I’m a huge fan of, by the way). He did an excellent job, and was very knowledgeable and respectful.

Robert and Bear* were my technicians for a repair on a gas line that three other shops backed out of the night before. Leaving us with no heat and no hot water. I was glad that it wasn't freezing weather. Black Diamond,s boys showed up around 12 seemed very confident it would be an easy enough fix. They were straight forward with the repair the cost and the time. I appreciate that as both a customer and as a business owner. I am glad that I have found this company and will use them again and again.

Outstanding service by Nate Grow and Trent Weldon. These two gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Trent did an excellent job installing our new water heater, water softener and brine tank. He left the area cleaner than he found it! It’s the type of service I have come to expect from Black Diamond. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs.

Mike and Alan were great. toilet and tub wouldn’t drain. ended up being a broken pipe with roots in it. they were able to fix everything fast. the toilet flushes again, and the tub drains, and my basement isn’t leaking. they wore shoe protection and kept the waste out of my house. Mike went out of his way to clean up the basement water as well. they also took care of all the permits needed. would use again. they also were very cautious of my flowerbed.

Mario and Brad were great. Hooked us up with a new charging port for our EV, upgraded us to a 200a system, and replaced our 40yo breaker box. The process was great, they were wonderful to with with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Daren was great! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about what the problem was. He kept me informed about the process and progress of the repair. Thanks to Daren's skill I was able to avoid much higher repair costs and for that I am SO thankful! We've used Black Diamond Experts in the past and they, and Daren, will continue to be our go-to!

I would highly recommend this company. They installed two air conditioners in 2021 and their service, price and efficiency is excellent. I can’t say enough good about this company! I am truly satisfied. So happy to have chose them !

Our Rinnai wasn’t heating properly and adjustments needed to be made. Daren Anderson was great in explaining how things worked and how he was going to resolve our issue and all the costs associated with it. He was polite, professional and on time. Highly recommend him again.
