Had Black Diamond out for a 3rd project to get my home up to modern standards. Bryan came out and looked everything over, gave me bids and options for the work I wanted done and explained everything. Johnny, Bernie, and Aidan arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they were very communicative to make sure things were going to be to our satisfaction and that the end work was acceptable. The guys cleaned up any mess they had made and went the extra mile to respect our home and property. You honestly cannot go wrong with BDE and you will be happy you called them.

We had a lot of work done this last week with our kitchen remodel. We had some fixtures installed, our ring doorbells fixed, and all of our switches and outlets installed. What an incredible experience! I have never felt better about hiring a company to do work. Josh Olsen came out and went through everything with us. He had a technician (Kordale) to our house later that afternoon to begin working. It was all done and ready to go by the afternoon. They were professional and did a great job. After the fact, we could not get our transformer/doorbells figured out and one of our switches was disconnected. Josh came back out a couple days later and quickly made all of the fixes. No sweat. Fantastic experience with this team. We would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

In January 2023 we were told, by our gas supplier, that our furnace had a control valve that was leaking gas. The furnace was old, breaking down and replacing/not fixing was the best option. I called in two furnace/plumbing/HVAC businesses for diagnosis and estimates. The Black Diamond salesperson was the most honest, thorough with his information gathering, not pushy and had the best product for the best price. The install team couldn't have been any cleaner, more professional with a high level of expertise - I was impressed.

Then in early March, as the snow began to melt, our sump pump system discharge pipe was frozen. My first instinct was to call the plumber we had been using but based on the experience I had with Black Diamond's furnace/HVAC team I called them for this issue. They were able to free the frozen debris without delay before the 'melt' really kicked in.

As the thaw began to accelerate the sump pumps (4 basins and 2 pumps in each basin) began to fail as they were at least 5-years old. The pumps themselves were from Home Depot and were installed by the previous owner of our house. I called Black Diamond in and it was recommended by their technical team lead to replace them with Liberty Pumps that were more expensive than the Home Depot pumps because of the quality and power of the Liberty Pumps v. Home Depot's. However, I thought I should hold back from spending almost double the price on the Liberty Pumps. The Black Diamond plumber then installed those Home Depot pumps on my request - as the flow increased significantly. Eight pumps in all were changed and hard wired. This was done in a timely manner, with zero mess, no water damage and for a reasonable price given the high demand for plumbing services during the spring melt.

Just as I was advised by Black Diamond, the Home Depot pumps still could not keep up with increased flow of water - 10 gallons discharging every 35 seconds for over a month. I needed Black Diamond to come back, rip out the Home Depot pumps and then replace them with the Liberty Pumps - which they advised me of in the first place. They came back the next day with two plumbers to support each other given the flow and an electrician to complete the hard wiring. This was a complicated job with a lot of pressure not to ruin a finished basement. Not a drop of water got on our finished basement, the pumps were installed and I haven't been concerned about the pumps failing.

There's not an electrical, plumbing or furnace/HVAC need that I wouldn't call Black Diamond for. From their answering/dispatch operation to their sales and senior leadership/team leads down to their plumbers, electricians and installers Black Diamond is our go to team for all these needs here in Park City.

I can’t say enough good about this Company. We had our water main leaking and everyone involved in the process was professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions, and teach us about every aspect of the job.

Daren A. came out and evaluated a couple of plumbing issues for me. He gave me some options for fixing them, have me his recommendations for the work, and put together a very reasonable deal to get the work done quickly and for a good price.

Update - I had Nate come in and install a new water heater for me. He did a great job; on time, very knowledgeable, got the work done quickly. I will request him again in the future!

I love Spencer. He's very knowledgeable and comes out even tho a concern regarding something they didn't install had an issue. He did thoroughly inspect the AC unit which he did install just to be safe. I've called in twice for situations regarding the furnace and made sure to mention my suspicions but Spencer's came out both time and did it with a smile on his face.

He did explain and gave me several reasons as to why my upstairs floor is not cooling and made sure to pass feed back to the experts and had someone out the following day.

Everytime I call they have availability the very next day.

Brad and Marco were great they did their work in a timely manner and help us with everything we wanted done. Even the extra stuff that we added today. They also cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Thank you so much for the great service.

Daniel and Chase were phenomenal. They were quick and very friendly. They installed my Rivian charger and a 50 amp hookup for my airstream. Will use again.

Mario and his apprentice (job quoted by Kyle) all did phenomenal work. Arrived early and communicated goals/scope of work. Due to unforeseen circumstances RMP was delayed in reconnecting power, but Mario still stayed several hours after his work was completed to do everything he could to make the process seem less for me. I appreciated having a crew of hard working individuals at my home and recommend in specific Kyle and Mario for any electrical needs.

I was in a position where the sewer had to be cleared as I am an AirBnB host with bookings. They came out quickly and tried to clear it but they could not use regular means to repair it.
I was quoted one price by the tech on site and he said his boss was on his way. Be aware the boss is paid by commission and the price was more than double in the thousands!
The toilet is cracked and I sent a message to this boss who never responded. It is not the type of service that goes without giving someone a chance to move on to a fair bid which was not available in my circumstance because of my business at the time of the blockage.
They said we are not the cheapest or the most expensive. They have not finished the job or made an attempt to even look at the cracked toilet which I sent him a picture of shown here.
