Nathan was awesome, he was upfront about pricing and the services we needed, and got everything done very quickly and professionally. He even maintained a clean work area which I didn’t expect, and very much appreciated. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and was happy to offer a lot of useful information for the next time I look to get serviced. Definitely glad I went with you guys!

Dalton was great. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. He was efficient, knew what he was doing, and for a water heater he got the old one removed and the new one installed pretty fast.
He answered my questions, and was patient to explain things I didn't have knowledge of.
Black Diamond has my vote, they're all very communicative and they had someone available for both an estimate and a repair/replacement in less than 72 hours.
I also appreciate that they have several finance options because we just replaced our furnace because it went out last month, and we are pretty tapped. Unfortunate we had to use credit, but that's nobody's fault, just one minor setback that would happen to anyone in our position, and it's not necessarily negative because, hey, we were able to get what we needed done because of it.

Thanks Black Diamond staff! I rarely give 5 stars, something can always be improved, but I'm giving the 5 because of all the super fast, super convenient things that happened this time.

Thank you! 5 stars! Last summer they installed a new AC unit for us & were so professional & did great work! They took the time to explain everything & even offered recommendations & treated the job as if they lived here.
Today Jon M. came for a maintenence check & furnace tune up. He is so entertaining & kind! He answered all my dumb questions, joked with me & made sure that I understood any potential future issues with our furnace. I recommend Black Diamond to everyone because they have treated us very well & truly are the experts!

Rusty was great. Very professional, did a great job and was done in a reasonable amount of time. I like that he was upfront and honest with us. Even gave us recommendations on how to prevent further damage to our furnace. I will definitely call them again!

The estimator (John) was great. He explained everything thoroughly, and was able to get us scheduled for install within 2 days.
The installers (Bryson and Rylie) showed up right on time. They were very respectful, courteous, and quick. They were able to install 4 hot air supplies and 1 cold air return within 4 hours. We were originally quoted 5-6 hours.
If we need more HVAC work done, we would definitely use Black Diamond again!

I have been a customer of Black Diamond for almost 10 years. Their quality of work is excellent. My one complaint is that the last 3 service appointments I have had, the Technicians have arrived between 1 to 2.5 hours past the window I was given. For someone with a full-time job, it’s very frustrating having to wait at home 6 hours because they don’t come when they said they would.

Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that Chris and Alan came over this morning to take a look at our backed-up sewer line. I have to say, they were fantastic. They showed up right on time, were super professional, and really knew their stuff when it came to dealing with the situation. I couldn't have asked for better customer service from them. Overall, I highly recommend Black Diamond if you're in need of any plumbing services.

Canyon from Black Diamond was excellent. He was thorough and patient in explaining issues and went above and beyond to follow up on a previous issue I’d been advised on. I’ve been impressed by Black Diamond’s value/quality before and Canyon only reinforced that in this recent interaction!

Jason King came out because we were having issues with low flow on our shower and sink. He was very knowledgeable about possible causes. We also got information about installing a water softener that he said would help descale and decrease our issues.

Mr, Daren Anderson did an excellent service on finding the issue with my water softener, and the solution came right after that. No extra tricky charges. He never tried to get an advantage or extra profit. I’m glad I had this excellent service.
