Perfect service! Aiden, Brett, and Josh were outstanding. I will not hesitate in asking for them personally again. I am a tough one to please and they both exceeded my expectations. All deserve hearty raises!

Black Diamond did such an amazing job at my home. We have struggling to find someone to diagnose why our shower was leaking and thanks to Calob he found the problem and fixed it right away. He was fast and efficient, a problem I have had for months was extinguished by excellent service in leas than an hour. Great employee, Great company!

Brett, Chase and Daniel were very professional and did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing light switches and light timers, also fixing soffit light receptacles that we didn’t know were unhooked. Would recommend and use their service again in the future.

I've been using this company for a few years now and no complaints. They show up in a timely manner and work very professionally. They also stand behind their work. UNFORTUNATELY, my recent work was a slightly different experience. They charged me over $230/hour for plumbing labor.
FOR ONLY LABOR = >$230/HR
They've been fair with us right up to this point. I'll be prepared next time, should I choose to give them future consideration (unlikely), to turn them away if they send me an estimator with a whack dollar value. I won't believe the project's complexity they explain without a second opinion ever again. I've spent literally thousands of dollars on them, but they just price gouged a loyal customer straight off to the competitors.
SIDE NOTE: Not one person checked back with me to talk about satisfaction.

Update 03/29/2023
The Monday after I posted this last month, the "owner" responded in standard customer service fashion apologizing for my experience, and telling me that the plumbing "manager" would be in contact with me soon thereafter. I received no such courtesy, and their response is mysteriously missing today. When readin these reviews just know that the person writing here on behalf of the "owner" is just some customer service person within the company who knows how to put on a face for the public. They have no influence on their processes, and cannot even get a manager to place a simple call. They didn't even try.

Brett and Haydn were here this morning, installed everything we needed to quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after the job.
Will have them again!

Stetson and Chris were fantastic when they came to clean our drains. They worked efficiently and answered all my questions. They left the house just as clean as when they arrived. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Josh was great. Very professional, came in showed me the problem and fixed better than it was before. Pointed out that my pipe had been installed wrong and fixed the problem. Great guy... Yes I would use there services again. Might need a water heater in the future. Thank you Black Diamond

Easy to set up the appointment. Wesley came in on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure I understood all the options available. great experience and fast tune up of the system.

Joe, Patrick and the helper "Yovani" were all very professional, talented installers. Work was done very well from start to finish.
Highly recommended company. I can see why they are rated the best in there field.

Daniel and Tyler were fantastic. The estimated time was 6 hours for their job but they were done in 2 1/2. Daniel walked me thru everything at the end. Great guys to work with.
