Kyle and Hunter did a great job on the install of our furnace and AC until. They were punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

Sharee was the sales rep we worked with. She was also very responsive to our many questions and always kind and courteous. I appreciate that she didn't push the sale on us but was honest with time-frames and costs.

We were especially pleased that we were not charged additionally for having our furnace in a weird crawl space area.

Hunter was super professional and helpful. He truly went above and beyond. He even filled up my water softener with pellets! He was so nice and kind, I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy or do anything, just showed us the facts and then gave us space and time to decide. Super respectful and refreshing. 10/10 would recommend thanks!

WE LOVE WESTERN HEATING AND AIR!! We had a tune-up/inspection that was performed by Tyler B and we decided it was time to get a new A/C unit. Clint Nelson came a few days later to help us select the right A/C unit for our home - he was a great resource. Finally, Kevin and Keaton came and installed the new unit. There were some issues, but Kevin would not quit until he figured out what was going on. He didn't leave until the issue was resolved. Thanks for always going above and beyond in all that you do. We have had technicians twice within the last year for some maintenance. But really...what is up with everyone that works here! THEY ARE ALL SUPER NICE! They are easy to talk to and make the experience good. 2 Thumbs up and 5 stars for all the technicians we have had so far.

Great service was able to get out to my house same day and educated me on what was wrong and what would take to get fixed and what all my options are.

Zak and his team did two installs for us. Very professional crew who answered any and all questions. Had a wonderful experience with this company from the salesman, Clint being an absolute rockstar to the extraordinarily awesome Tech Asa who came and got our system up and running again, to the installers on our new system being upbeat hardworking gentlemen. Would recommend!

Arron Martin was the service Technician that came to our House. He was very thorough ,and very detailed about service information, and everything that he would be doing. He had a great knowledge of the Furnace’s he was working on /providing service on. He was very professional, and he had great people skills. He provided great feedback and he did a great job at troubleshooting. He made everything easy to understand. He provided Fantastic service. Aaron Martin provided service Excellence.

Jason, Kyle, and Keaton were wonderful to work with. They installed two new furnaces, a new AC unit and a mini-split plus redid some duct work, etc. They got the job done quickly, responded to our calls quickly and did quality work.
