We’ve been with Western Heating and Air for 23 years. Devante came to do a yearly tune up on our heaters today. He was very kind and considerate and knowledgeable. In addition to the tune up, he helped with several other problems to get our heaters and humidifiers working at top performance. We appreciate the trained technicians they send to us and will be staying with Western Heating and Air for another 23 years!

The technicians arrived on time and diagnosed quickly. They had the part available in their truck and had my AC running in short order. It was a bit more expensive than I'd expected.

Jose did an excellent job servicing my heating system. He was thorough, honest, and friendly and explained everything he was doing very well. Highly recommend!

Tyler arrived on time (I received a text with his name and picture about an hour before his arrival) Tyler was professional and courteous. His appearance was clean and in uniform. Tyler presented an analysis of my HVAC system and noted a couple of cautions. He also is going to come back when it’s warmer to check the refrigerant level (this next appointment was scheduled within an hour by call back from the office). All in all, I would definitely recommend Western Heating and Air.

Our company was needing a cooling solution for our warehouse. From the initial meeting with Clint all the way through the installation with Tyler & Seth, the project went very smooth and everyone was very communicative during every step.
