Western Heating & Air Conditioning

2 years ago: We have been using Western Heating and Air for our furnace/AC tune-ups for 4-5 years. The techs are very good. The Monument Club is a great deal.
Our system had hit it's age limit, and had some issues, so we had them come out and evaluate our house and purchased a whole new system from them. They just finished the install and their sales and install people are great as well. We are very happy with the service and value they provide.

11/23/2022: Two more years of great service by knowledgeable, skilled techs. Asa did a good job, supplied valuable information and guidance for keeping our heating system running smoothly and provided estimates and advice for some things we have been thinking of doing.

Awesome service! They were on time, and completed the job at a very reasonable price! Ben was very helpful!

Friendly service but are extremely over priced to the point that I’d say unethical; $340 for a $12.59 repair/20 minutes of work. They’re are much cheaper options come to find out.

Colin was an absolute gem! He did a yearly maintenance on my furnace and walked me through everything step by step. He found a minor problem and made the adjustment to get things back in order. He was so respectful in addition to being knowledgeable. I 100% endorse Western Heating + Air. They have been amazing to work with from day one.

It has always been an absolute pleasure to work with Western Heating and Air. Every technician that has come to our home has been knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. They take the time to educate you on your systems and make sure you understand the reasons for repairs. We have a second property we are away from frequently, and they have been vital in helping us with issues there. It gives me great peace of mind to know we have a relationship with such a great company consisting of such great individuals!

My a/c unit has been causing the breaker to trip for the last 3 years. weve had other people come look at it and they couldnt fix it. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable but most importantly he fixed my unit! I would highly recommend him and his company. He was even good with my dogs

Isaac is efficient and friendly! Made sure we understood the new furnaces and their filters better. Very pleasant to work with!

They set me up with same-day service, called to tell me they could move me up earlier, and texted me a picture of the technician ahead of time. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and clean. I'd be happy to work with them again.

Devante, our technician was great. Very professional and friendly. Came quickly after calling in. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Helped discuss the options with me in a way I understood. We ended up not having repair done because our system was only a year old and wanted to see if installing company (we couldn’t get a hold of them at first) would take care of the problem.
