Western Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had Western Heating & Air Conditioning come out to service my air conditioning twice in the last 4 years. They have been very professional and have taken the time to explain what they are doing. I am also confident in their recommendations. Jose S. came out this last time. He did a great job and I'd recommend him for your residential heating and A/C service.

This is my second time using western heating and air and I love them! They have a monthly subscription that will save you a little bit of $ over the course of a year. They are quick to come after I call and schedule an appointment and I love the personal touch of how they send a txt when the technician is on their way and a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. Each technician has been sharp, clean cut and so kind. Highly recommend this company as we have our primary residence and the rental property on subscription.

We needed to get our AC system, water heater and furnace replaced, and the team got it all done within 6 hours. Having had the system for a couple days now, we are very happy with the installation and the price we got it for. The team was very professional, helpful, and friendly. After the installation they showed us how to do maintenance and take care of our system. Had a great experience!

Had our system start to die late last night, and they were able to send someone out this morning! Gabriel came out and was so awesome, giving us all of our options! He was on time, exactly as scheduled- which is super appreciated!! Even being undecided of how we wanted to move forward, he offered to take care of an abandoned, pesky birds nest that had been torturing me for the last 6 months 🤣❤️ It was completely unrelated to the call, yet he still got his ladder out and took care of all of it for me, knowing I couldn’t reach it— just because good humans ❤️ The best for sure and I will forever appreciate!!! (Y’all better take care of and retain that one!!!) We’ve seriously had dozens of workers in and out of this home since moving here, and not a single one would have gone above and beyond like that.

Mason and the western team were excellent to work with. Mason completed a very thorough inspection of my furnace and ac and found that my coil was very dirty potentially harming my ac system. Mason spent time to ensure I understood the value of maintaining the system and creating trust for me and my wife. We will be calling on Western again for our air conditioning needs.

Was very happy with Gabriel and his ability to tell me how my A/C unit and systems were running. I appreciated the tune up and service on an older unit which never had been serviced. Would definitely recommend Western to all!

My ac stopped working. I called at 6:30 and it was back working by 9:30 on JULY 5th!

They were efficient and clean and came right at the start of my time window which was perfect. I had my tankless water heater flushed to remove any build up from the hard water in Utah and they made sure everything was working correctly afterwards. They also cleaned up after themselves which made the whole process feel seamless!

Gabriel was excellent. He serviced our system, explained the process, shared pictures of our system and the repair / replacement motor in addition to thoroughly explaining each step while he was here. He made recommendations for care to extend the life of our furnace. He took great care of our home, was knowledgeable, polite and very professional. He took time to answer all my questions. I’ve been using western heating and air for over 10 years, and I’m pretty sure Gabriel is the best technician I’ve ever had! He explained things to me better than anyone ever has, even showing me the new part before installing it, and then showing me the old/damaged one after so I that could see what it should look like. He helped me understand the importance of the repairs in, what’s a good way to describe it, like order of urgency? And what the pros/cons/impact of each repair and/or no repair would be. Incredible. Aside from Gabriel being great, I’ve almost always had a great experience and service from them, no matter the tech. I would definitely recommend.
