    I am so disappointed for the lack of human compassion from the company or the repair man. Since August 17 when Dustin come to repair my A/C Unit and took the motor of the unit promising that will be repair in couple days, couple days become weeks and no response to my text messages or voicemail messages. It has been very challenging to live in this hot weather. I do not know why I can not get an honest answer or return of the motor that was taking so repairs come be done. As the picture shows the sad condition of my AC unit tear apart .... My home has endure this high temperatures and living in it has been very challenging. I hope this will give him and the company a sense of some responsibility for the lack of care for its customer. My last hope to resolve this matter will be to reach the city and the state concerning this matter since does not look like they have show any desires to resolve this matter.

    What interaction I had with Dustin was positive. But, he totally ghosted me about a year ago after a unfinished repair. I kept calling and leaving messages, but no response. We finally managed to finish the repair ourselves before we needed the furnace this winter. I know someone was getting the messages I was leaving, but could not be bothered to give me any feedback. So, it was more for that that I have to leave a negative review. I understand that s**t happens, but not telling me that he was not available to finish the repair was unacceptable.

    I would love to leave a review of work done, but the guy never showed up. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday evening for the next day, Sunday at 10 am. On Sunday morning around 10:20 I texted him to see if he was still planning on coming. No response. At 11:00 I called another air conditioning repair company and they had someone out to me within the hour and fixed the problem in minutes. It’s been two days later, and I still haven’t had any contact from this company, no call, no text, nothing. I have no idea what happened to our scheduled appointment.

    This guy does not care about you! He promised to do my HVAC and I have been calling him and getting ignored for days. He was a no-show on the day of install and has totally messed up my construction schedule. No text, no call, no returning my calls until I hounded him excessively. Steer clear of this one.

    In the summer of 2019 my ac unit was not blowing cold air, I called another business to have them come out and take a look at my ac unit. They come out and told me that my home builder basically put in a faulty ac unit and that it was going to cost me a huge amount of money to fix. I contacted DH Heating to get a second opinion and I am glad I did. Dustin came out that next day and looked things over and told me all it was, was a leak in the line. He fixed it that same day for a third of the price I was quoted from the other company. I highly recommend DH Heating and air.

    We Called another Heating company this last fall to have our furnace checked out for winter. He told us he couldn’t get it started and we needed a new furnace. We called DH Heating and he came and had it running in less than 5 minutes and told us we didn’t need a new furnace. It has worked great all winter. Thanks Dustin, you saved us!!!

    Dustin changed the price from $70 plus part ($10 capacitor) instead charging me $329 for a 10 minute job and a $10 part. I tried to get him to make it right, but instead he just hung up on me.

    Came on time. Figured out the problem when others couldn’t find the actual issue, which turned out to be a less expensive fix than the others suggested. Contacted me the next day to ask if things were still functioning. Never had a service person do that before! Highly recommended!

    We were told we had to replace our entire system by another place and called them for a second opinion. They fixed it. Much cheaper!
