The service technician was on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. He fixed my AC and my house is now cooling down. I really appreciated that the service tech explained that the fix was fairly simple and that if I wanted to, I could do it myself. That conversation made me feel comfortable that I wasn't being overcharged and that they were being honest with me about the issue. I'm very pleased with the whole experience!

This is absolutely the most knowledgeable, honest, competent, and reasonably-priced HVAC companies I have come across. They did our remodel 2 years ago and installed an new unit and replaced the ducting for an old one. Their response when I've had questions or when there have been issues has been prompt, professional, and fairly priced when not under warranty. I trust Max and his team and recommend them without hesitation.

Air Express Heating and Air is Utah's best HVAC company. Great service technicians that know their stuff!

Our furnace and AC were 18 years old and were acting up. The first company we called did repairs that were not necessary and then told us we should replace both. They quoted a really high price. We were referred to One Hour, and they were extremely responsive. They gave us many options and even told us how to keep the units going as long as we could. We knew they needed to be replaced, though, and they quoted us prices that were thousands cheaper than the other company. We finally decided to do the replacement and they did a fantastic job for a good price.
