My husband needed a simple replacement part for our furnace. He went in to Air Express (because the part was cheapest there) shortly before closing on Friday evening and they didn't have the part there, but Denise called their supplier. Even though it was after hours, he was able to get the part. My husband commented to me that he was just treated very, very well. The company bent over backwards to help him, and they weren't even doing any repair work for us! We will be using Air Express from now on for sure.

Great company, very courteous technician. He didn't do any work until I agreed with what he was suggesting be done on the furnace and the price I would be paying. He was very nice and did a great job.

They were very nice and willing to work around my schedule. The install was so quick and painless. The quality was so professional and top notch.

I used Air express as they were recommended by a friend. I needed a service call to see what was up with my furnace as it was blowing cold air. I was quoted $69 for the service. They came out and cleaned the flame sensor and said I needed a new inducer, which was fine as it was making a weird noise. They invoiced me for the initial service fee, however, they tried to charge me $89 for it and not the $69 saying they made a mistake when they initially quoted me. I refused to pay the extra $20 as this wasn't what we agreed upon and they reduced the fee back to the $69.

I was hesitant to move forward with the part replacement but decided to proceed. They replaced the part and they charged $550 for this service, which is what I was generally being quoted from other places. A few weeks go by and the furnace is blowing cold air again. I decided to call out a different company as I hadn't been to thrilled with this company. They actually spent some time to diagnose the issue properly and discovered that the burners were miss firing and the furnace would shut off as a safety measure. So I actually needed new burners too. On top of this the heat exchange was cracked making the furnace unsafe to use (the furnace is 20 years old). Had I known about any of these issues on top the the inducer I would have just replaced the furnace instead of wasting money on the first repair.

I emailed them telling them basically what I wrote here and they didn't have the decency to email back.

I would never use this company again. Save yourself any hassle and go with a company that will actually do a good job!

The technician was BEYOND helpful and kind. He explained what was going on and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Michael to anyone!

Tremendous experience. Our experience was excellent. There were some hurdles that had to be cleared however the team handled them and got us taken care!

It was bitter cold outside and wouldn't you know it our heater died during the night. Air Expressed had helped us with a water heater problem in the past, so I gave them a call. Denise was wonderful. She treats you like family. Max came out that afternoon. He had to run clear to Orem (20 miles) and get a part and called to make sure the store stayed open until he could get there. Drove back and fixed it into the early evening. It is so nice to find people who know what they are doing,care about your costs and treat you with understanding and respect. I will only go to them for heating, ac and water heaters now. Wonderful people.

Wow! I could not believe how much lower in price their bid was. Truthfully I was a tad worried that the service would mirror the price "get what you pay for". Wow was I surprised! Couldn't have been more wrong. The best service! Wow I am still in shock. Great Job guys! They replaced two 1980's furnaces, fixed a/c and replaced water heater.

We have a broiler system in our home and it provides warm floors,and much more hot water than the traditional hot water tank. Earlier this year our system had a problem, and a technician arrived promptly and was able to get our system repaired and running again. We were very impressed with our service. The average HVAC company do not have the knowledge and experience to solve this problem.

We have trusted this company for years with purchases and maintenance. Our A/C broke Sunday and we called Monday morning for a repair, they came to our home that morning and made the repair within minutes. I’m so grateful we didn’t have to suffer from heat very long.
