My air conditioner stopped working this summer. I called in to make an appointment after finding them on Google. Denise, who answered the phone, asked me several questions to try to understand the problem. She took the time to walk me through several possibilities and stayed on the phone with me while I checked my unit. I was so impressed that she would spend that time rather than just sending someone out. I was able to solve the problem without an in-person visit. If I ever need help with my heating or air they would be the first call I would make.
Max and his son Bryce have come to my home this week to help install a thermostat and common wire and to analyze air return and furnace bypass issues. They were both great to work with and talk to and I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.
The folks at Air Express are simply the best. From Max, the owner, down through the technicians and the secretary, we always know we're going to get the best service around. We own two homes in Utah County and will only ever used them.
My a/c went out and I called Air Express at 1:00 pm on a Friday, hoping for same day service but expecting it would probably be after the weekend due to calling late in the day and it being a busy season for air conditioning. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and without me even asking, right away said they could have someone out same day. Two and a half hours later I called back to see when they were going to come, and the same woman answered saying she had been waiting to hear back from the techs, but some were just pulling up and she would call me right back. I never heard from her again.
Zero stars for the person in charge of scheduling to be so unsure of tech availability and promising things that couldn't end up happening. (Unlikely, but perhaps if she hadn't promised same day service from the beginning, I could have called another company who could have been out the same day.) Zero stars for leaving me hanging all day - with me leaving work early to be there for a tech that never came - and not having the courtesy to call me back to let me know once it became apparent that no one would be able to make it out. I understand it probably was an honest mistake on her part; but at least call me to let me know that I don't have to pointlessly wait around the house for someone who isn't coming.
The gentleman was so efficient and nice!! We will you you from now on !! Liked who respectful the young man was and how he let us know what he was doing to try to find the problem!!
-- Update 2 Years later. They issued a refund of $40.
Air conditioner wasn't keeping up. They came out for a service visit at the recommendation of the office. $69 dollars. Didn't do anything. They said I should clean my blades and get more coolant. They came back out later to do the work. They charged us another $69 dollars on top of the work. They said that should have been a $40 checkup charge. What did they do the first visit? Two months later and they still haven't refunded me the difference. The worst part I am out $344 dollars and my air conditioning hasn't improved at all. Stay away!
Very happy with the service and price on our radiant heat repair. Both technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

My furnace went out the company was awesome from emergency call to bid on new to the install of a new furnace on time with good people and price Robert Webb
