Fast service during a very hot July! Very professional, yet very friendly. Easy to do business with, kept us updated regularly and followed up to make sure everything was okay. Worked with the owner, two technicians and office staff, all of which were great. There is no doubt that I’d recommend them without hesitation 100%.

I have had such great experiences with this company. Our water heater turned off and when Air Express was informed they looked for someone to come out that day. Randy was in the area and he came over in such a timely manner. He was so good to show me how to light it myself and things to look for and be careful of. He was done really quickly and very personable. I am very pleased with my experience with Randy as well as Denise. She is the one at the office that I talked to about getting someone out here to fix my water heater.She was very friendly and got things taken care of really quickly. She also gave me a follow up call to make sure he had been there and to make sure things were fixed. I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure the job had been done and that we were happy. Thanks Denise and Randy!

Michael was courteous and very knowledgeable. Furnace was not heating, or working.
After diagnostics he explained it was igniter and faulty thermostat. He checked up later to verify it was working well. Great service and follow up.

Bryce, was amazing. Quickly identified the issue and went out of his way to get us running the same day.

Bryce explained everything clearly and also made sure that we were using our system in the optimal way.

Air Express Heating & Air Conditioning was absolutely the best service I have ever had from a heating and air conditioning company. They showed up on time, fixed all the problems we were having and did it with a smile. They are very friendly and great to work with. Their pricing was great and Max Harding and Denise in the office couldn't have done a better job in working with us. I give them 5 stars. I was very impressed. Thank You Guys.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Max and his entire crew are the best! Air Express has gone above and beyond each time we've called them. We recently had them replace our entire HVAC system and we are extremely satisfied with the results. The Air Express crew was timely, communicative, respectful and best of all very clean! I won't use anyone else to help me with my HVAC needs!

So I would never use Air Express ever again. The person who answers the calls and schedules everything is wonderful and she was delightful to deal with. We had them come out to disconnect our A/C unit so we could pour a concrete pad and then have them come back later to reinstall it. The disconnection went very smoothly. I was very happy at that point.

After the concrete was done, we called them to come out and they scheduled us fairly quickly. That thursday came and went and no one called or showed up. We were left hanging. I called again and the lady apologized up and down and they rescheduled for the next day, Friday. Again, no call, no show. I called towards the end of the day and again dealt with a delightful lady who put everyone into action and had the tech come out that evening. He shows up, is obviously ticked off, and starts working. Later, he knocks on the door and says that he can't finish the job because his torch is out of acetylene and that he can't get any until Monday. He'll be back Monday. You have got to be kidding me. He showed up today and installed it, left a bill and took off. The price was discounted a bit but honestly, I have no plans of using this company again. I would have been fine with delays happening if the guy called and said he couldn't make it out. Some form of communication that didn't require me to followup every time and track him down. This was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for any business. I think it made it worse that we had people at our house that weekend and honestly it got quite uncomfortably warm in our home and we had no really way to cool it down since we didn't get a breeze from opening windows.

Again, the reception is wonderful and deserves a raise, but this tech ruined our experience with Air Express.

We contacted Air Express Heating to come turn on our gas (we live in Eagle Mountain and they require this for each home) - they were so wonderful. I called in the morning desperate for hot water and they had a booked day. They came to our home after hours and not only completed the request we had but green stickered our furnace and looked at a leak in our Air Conditioning unit. They were so nice to work with and so kind! Their pricing is more than fair and their service is even better! They even called us the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Wonderful staff and great service!

We have used Air Express for over 17 years. We have never had service quite like they provide. The technician (Will) we had come out to service our air conditioner, was knowledge, friendly, and outstanding. There are not a lot of companies that take pride in customer service, like Air Express. Thank you Max, and your entire team for continuing to be the best out there!

Why does the AC always go out on Saturday?

Max and his crew were here prompt, Monday morning. Max explained the difference between various units and what would best suit our needs. He worked with us to find both the right AC unit and furnace, while staying within our budget. There was no attempt at up-selling just to make a few extra bucks. These guys worked until the job was done, allowing us to enjoy some cool air by evening time.
It's refreshing to have people you can trust working in your home. Hopefully I won't need these guys for a long time, but guaranteed I will call them in the future if the need arises. I will be sharing their info to anyone needing work done in their home. Feel free to use me as a reference!
