Paragon Service Pros Heating and Air Conditioning

My experience with Paragon was fantastic. They arrived within 60 minutes of me calling. Their technician was professional and knowledge. He provided outstanding service. The motor on my AC unit died, they has the parts I needed and fixed it quickly. I was super impressed with the quality of the technician and his friendly demeanor. I will definitely be using them next time I have HVAC issues.

I was worried that my Mother in law would get taken advantage of. I had no worries with Paragon. The team who did the work were very professional and explained everything in detail. I could not believe how fast they were able to fit her in their schedule. The owner even reached out to me several times during and after the install to make sure that we did not have any questions or concerns. They even sent me photos of everything. Highly recommend Paragon.

The team at Paragon Service Pros were amazing! They were friendly and helpful, which seems to be a rarity for HVAC companies these days. The ability to Book Online was also so nice! We needed a quick tune-up on our system and Paragon had it completed in no time! They also didn't charge us any extra fees for coming out on a weekend! They will definitely be my first call next time we need any HVAC services handled.

Chad the owner came and serviced my a/c tonight and he was amazing! He got here very quickly and was very helpful. We are excited to be in business with this awesome company! Very loyal and trustworthy.

We called at 8:00 on Saturday morning when our AC system failed to work. We had a service man at the house by 9:00 the same morning. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repair by 10:00. Great, friendly and personable service.

Ryan was polite an professional he explained everything in detail of the problem and why. I would recommend him highly as he was very knowledgeable and thorough he didn't rush or make me feel stressed when i needed units replaced. He explained things to my daughter so not to feel like he was taking advantage of the situation...explained with detail of what an why needed done..felt he was very professional and enjoyed talking with him personally well.

I had the worst experience with paragon service pros. First, they charged me $60 to come give us a quote. Second their quote was $8,000 MORE than the other four quotes we received that were all complimentary from other companies. DO NOT USE THEM. Terrible customer service and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing based off of the quote they gave us.

Ryan R. was such a professional technician and gave me good information about my furnace. Definitely something I would recommend anyone if they want to do a tune-up.
