The technician was very punctual. He was professional and explained the procedures in layman’s terms that were understandable and easy to grasp. We really like the service provided by Western and would recommend them to anyone needing hvac services. .

Western Heating and Air has always taken great care of me as a customer. Spencer recently came with another technician he was training and they were super professional and did a great job looking over my HVAC system. Also did a minor repair.

My AC was blowing air but not cold. The temperature in my house was already at 84° In the morning. This was the only company that would come out the same day and within hours of my call. So the company was great at providing service. The technician was very professional and cordial. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue within a short amount of time. Including the repair. I had cool air within an hour of his arrival. Many thanks to company and tech. Very pleased with experience.

Gabriel was very thorough and willing to follow up. He and another technician completed our furnace's scheduled checkup, where one part was not functioning properly. Gabriel made the extra effort to ensure the part was replaced and working.

We have used Western Heating and Air for over a decade now. They do our annual tune ups for our Heater and AC. Our home is getting older. They have always been professional, clean cut and honest with maintaining our equipment. When added work needs to be done to prolong the life of the unit we have complete confidence they’ll be honest and do a professional job. We love the staff, the quality and the value of this great great company! We recommend them without any hesitation!

Where’s the 10 star option?? Seriously, Taylor was great. He diagnosed our heater issue quickly, and then rearranged his schedule to come that next day as we have little ones in the house and it has been super cold at night and didn’t want us to be cold for over the weekend.

They came and replaced a capacitor that lost charge, with a new one. They arrived earlier than scheduled which is always welcomed when your AC is out in 90-100°weather. The technician was friendly and quick. Not sure if it was the best value around but at least reasonable. I would still recommend them for least simple repairs/maintenance.

Western Heating and Air Conditioning is a Fantastic company and their prices are affordable. Today, I had the heating maintenance performed at my home in Lehi. Ben Nielsen was the technician that came over to provide the service. He did an Excellent job and was very Professional. Ben arrived on time, explained the the process and answered all my questions without hesitation. He had a Great attitude, was detailed in his work and very clean. I added an additional service that Ben recommended and felt absolutley no pressure. Ben is indeed a Master of his craft and a definite asset to his company. He's genuine and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is my second positive experience with Western Heating and I plan on using them again in the near future. Our salesman Mark was very likeable. But I had to put my own cover on the vent out side my house and it also sticks out a foot and a half from the house very unsightly! I’ve had to chase down my rebates and am still having trouble getting the right info, extremely frustrating! I won’t be recommending them to anyone and they were more expensive than other services.
