Western Heating & Air Conditioning

We use them for everything heat or ac related. We have used them for multiple years. They always do a great job! Their technicians are wonderful and so professional. They are fast and efficient.

Jose Serrano did a great job for me! He kept me informed through every step of the inspection and tune up. He also shared photos with me (which I also received from Western Heating & Air Conditioning in an email with my invoice). I would definately hire Western & Jose again.

I was very pleased with my service from Western Heating and Air conditioning.Taylor did an excellent job servicing my central heating system. He was professional, informative, prompt, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and informed me about the different maintenance options. I am happy I went with this company.

Update:
I have since had other techs from Western Heating and Air conditioning come to service my furnace and they have tried to up sell me on things (one tech said I needed additional add-ons for a brand new HVAC system that was just installed). I lowered my review by two stars because I don't like being up-sold on unnecessary additions.

They came to install a dryer vent in my basement as I am remodeling it. I had used them earlier in the year to install HVAC ducts in my basement as well. They were recommended by a friend of mine. Each time the bids were fair and the service was outstanding. I will use them in the future for tuneup services on my HVAC system. Great company!!!

Western did a great job communicating during the booking process, the day we expected them, through the repair, and at close of our business experience. We would recommend them to any of our friends, hands down. We’re very grateful for their professionalism and competency.

Devante was great! He did a great job of explaining what was going on with the motor and wiring. He also walked me through the options available and showed what would work if I needed the cheapest option, even though I wound up choosing to replace the motor and take the 5 year warranty for peace of mind. I just appreciate someone telling me the options so I can make my own decision!

Over priced did not disclose service call price. And double billed me just for looking at a moter.

Asa the technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my furnace quickly and inspected my entire HVAC system. Customer Service is excellent. I will be using this company in the future with all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

Tyler was awesome! He was professional and personable and compassionate. He was able to replace the capacitor in our very old A/C unit at my home and did not have to do the more expensive repair of replacing the motor. I have a chronic illness where I do not regulate body temperature well, so he literally was a lifesaver by getting our A/C up and going so fast. Thank You!
