These guys are the best hands down. They arrive on time and are always courteous. Called @ 8am due to our furnace shutting down overnight. Spoke with Bree and they had someone come out within the hour. Important to us as we have two littles at home and a cold house in the winter is no good. They found the issue quickly and got it taken care of.They always provide detailed results and information backing the suggested fixes.

Our thermostat was not communicating with our furnace. Asa was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He provided a couple options for us. I felt the options were well informed and felt no pressure. After the repairs were completed he again explained what was completed. Offers suggestions for better performance, but we did not feel pressure to go forward with anything we were not comfortable with.

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed and we're very impressed. Excellent communication and coordination. From sales to install, every promise kept. Thanks Mark and Hunter 💯

Tyler identified the problem quickly and gave us multiple options for the repair. He also saved us a ton of money by tracking down and using parts under warranty. Bre was also very helpful in getting our repair scheduled days earlier than expected. Overall a great experience. My wife and I have decided to use Western's service program on a regular basis for all of our heating and AC yearly services. Thank you for taking such good care of our home.

They replaced my a/c and heater units and come by every 6 months for checkup and tune-up.
There was an Oopsie where the drain was missing the pipe for a while and leaked inside my wall but, they took responsibility for the mistake and repaired the drywall and paint at absolutely no cost to me, and put in a lot of extra measures to ensure the drain stays put. So I'm very pleased with their professionalism.

Mason was my service technician today. He did an amazing job. He was very thorough in servicing my heater. He provided a detailed update at the end of the visit. Also, very polite and personable. Highly recommend Mason as a technician in addition to Western Heating and Air. Thanks again.

Gabriel called about twenty minutes before coming. He was on time and put on his protective footwear before starting his inspection. After he finished he reviewed the inspection report showing me the results. We discussed our reinstatement of our maintenance membership plan.
