Western Heating & Air Conditioning

I know there are cheaper tune-ups for your furnace and A/C, but you pay for what you get, and Western's service was top notch, and provided a health report of my units unlike the three other, cheaper companies I called. An actual report emailed to you showing the difference in efficiency before and after they were done tuning it up. Well worth the cost. To say nothing of the fact they took their time educating me all along the way, took the time needed for each unit (wasn't just a 30 minute, XX-point inspection), were kind, professional, extremely thorough (even wiping down surfaces that weren't necessarily part of the package). All without any up-sale pressure. We will definitely continue to use Western Heating and Air for our ongoing maintenance and repair needs.

Just moved and the stress level is high. Needed a gas appliance hook-up. What a wonderful surprise when Zac showed up. Discussed several options and pricing. Expected to pay under $300.00. Western air is a wonderful company. They answered all my questions and made it very easy when I had to make some changes to my appointment. I got text updates so I knew when the tech was coming. Gabriel (the technician) was very through and professional. He did a very good job and even wore booties to keep my house clean. I was very impressed. He really went above and beyond. I also like that Western Air does both air and heat. I will be a repeat customer!

I had Tyler out today to fix the AC. He is very professional and helpful did a great job.

Once again I (sadly) had an air conditioning issue. It was perfect timing as I was getting my yearly check up for my system. Aaron M. came and figured out my issue. He also had to special order a part. He was able to get the part early and came days sooner so we didn’t have to live without air any longer. He really did go above and beyond.

Our service rep Devante, was professional, friendly and informative. Completed the work in a timely manner, he did such a great job we pre‐purchased AC & next Furnace tune-up that saved us $. Highly recommend Western Heating and Air.

Had a quick initial response, and Sharee was thorough in planning my install. Apolo did excellent work on the installation including re-routing some plumbing to make everything fit nicely. Everyone was responsive and professional, and did excellent work for an affordable price.
