Spencer was articulate in providing instructions on how to use the unit. He patiently demonstrated to me how to operate it as well whilst I recorded him on my mobile.

Can’t say enough good about Asa and his help with our furnace. We were on a time crunch to continue construction and needed the home at a consistent temperature. He was early to the appointment and Western was more than accommodating to match our schedule. I’d recommend this company to anyone. Asa was extremely professional and an expert at troubleshooting our unit. He did some preventative maintenance got us on a maintenance schedule. Wish I could give more than five stars! Worth every cent.

Recently our AC that was 15 years old died. We have an older system that uses zones to control all three floors. This system had never really worked great. We were shopping for newer technology that could better control our house environment. We chose to use Western for this project. This was a big complex project. The technicians that came out to demo the old system and install the new, Tyler, Seth, and Apollo were so polite, such hard workers, and stuck with the project until very late into the evening. Can't say enough how much we appreciate the technicians hard work and dedication in making sure the system was installed correctly and working correctly. We are very excited to see how this new system performs next summer but so far very happy with the performance and quietness of the new system. We also added in a steam humidifier and are looking forward to see how that helps compared to our prior humidifier.
