Tyler, Apollo and Jackson helped install a 2-head mini split in my basement. They were great! They kept my home clean with drop cloths, worked hard, and walked me through how to use the system, maintain, and clean it. I was happy with their work and would hire them again!

Jose performed our annual HVAC inspection and did it thoroughly and professionally. He explained his findings and had pics to help us understand everything. He is a great representative of your company. Because of people like Jose we are Western customers for life.

We just replaced our furnace and these guys did a fantastic job, we have been using Western for years for our maintenance and repairs, I own two homes here in Orem and they are always quick and efficient with the maintenance, this last check up they recommended we start thinking about replacing the furnace. Sharee came over and gave us the run down of what we needed and many options for us to go by. We decided to replace the whole furnace and they came in and did it in 4 hours so we did not even feel the cold. Thank you for great service over the years.

I had them come out to diagnose a problem with my heater and they were here within an hour of my call! They tested everything and were very honest/straight forward and friendly. They also had several great suggestions for keeping my system efficient.

Gabriel was very prompt, professional and friendly.
He carefully explained the repairs that needed to be done….. to get our furnace working again and he also pointed out some things that didn’t need to be fixed right now… but might need to be watched out for in the future…

I got a quote for an AC and furnace replacement from these guys and it was about $4000 over the competition. I did not use them. Now I'm on their calling list for tune-up's and deals. They call me every couple of months with a private number, leave a voicemail about their deals. They then send a follow up text asking what time works for me to have them come by and give me a tune-up. I have asked several times to have myself removed from their spam list with no reponse.
