Tyler and Spencer installed our new furnace and AC units. They were wonderful! They showed up on time, explained everything and completed the job beautifully! They worked so hard, finished ahead of their state of time , left everything neat and tidy and working perfectly. They left the room they worked in looking better and it was before they came, they were able to vent through the roof so we wouldn’t have a noisy vent coming out the side of our house, and they even installed an extra outlet with a switch in case we wanted to add a humidifier down the road. I am now sitting in a frosty cool room and so happy with their service!!! Thank you!

The technician Asa did an excellent job. He took time to thoroughly inspected our heating system and identified an issue, and it was fixed. We greatly appreciate his service.

Seth, Terrance, Berne and Cesar were great, they worked well as a team and were very friendly.

Gabriel was very helpful in describing what the problem was and his solution for fixing it. Before he left he tested the system for us and let us know how to detect and identify problems in the future and what kinds of problems could potentially arrise.

Western Heating has always been great to work with. We've have used them for many years. All their technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. Today Ty Espinoza came and he did a great job. He informed us everything we needed to know about our AC. He was very polite, on time and knowledgeable about his job.

I’ve used Western a couple of times. I wasn’t ready to spend the $ to replace my struggling furnace and got no push from them. They were just happy to lay out all my options and help tune up my system to last as long as possible. When our system died they got out the same day and spent hrs trying to get it working before offering a new unit. Then they honored their original quote. More so it’s stood out to me that each serviceman that has ever come has been so personable and professional. -Impressed enough to jump on and leave a review.

Asa did a great job. Answering all my questions. And even answering a plumbing question. He was excellent.

The service was earlier than expected, which I was grateful for, the technician was amazing and very courteous and considerate. Several other services have been contacted and not one of them even cared to show up but these guys did and they are awesome. If you were looking for help to get your air conditioning or heating fixed, I would use these people again in a heartbeat.
