Zach and Daniel provided a courtesy inspection of our home plumbing. They were quite thorough in checking for possible issues. The recommendations they made for possible improvements were very enlightening! For example, the hot water heater we had installed a few years ago was a model that was over five years old when it was installed! They also recommended replacing the hoses on our clothes washer before we faced any issues there. Since our house is over twenty years old there isn’t a Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) to help regulate water pressure. They checked on the price to install a PRV and compared their cost with two other major plumbing companies.
I appreciate their service and am considering their recommendations.

I’ve used Western Heating and Air for years. I trust them to be honest and upfront with their service and work. I had my furnace replaced by them today and I was very impressed with the quality of work done by Terrace and Brenan. They rebuilt part of my cold are return and did a lot of duct work to get everything to fit professionally together. They replumbed the gas, the drain lines, and even modified my cold air return to fit a humidifier. They replaced a leaking waters line to the new humidifier (even moved it to the hot water line to work better). They did not cut corners or skip any steps.

The overall price for the furnace replacement would have been very good with a normal installation. But the extra care given to give me an amazing install in my house which is over 100 years old made this furnace replacement an exceptional value!!! And to have a 10 year full labor and part warranty by a company I trust to be around is a great peace of mind!
