First, I will always use Western for any repairs I need. They always follow up and are professional and thorough.

This is the first time I've used them for plumbing and Zach was on time, very thorough and gave me all the options I need to make a decision on replacing my hotwater heater.

My sales Representative was amazing! Sharee Wilson, answered all my questions and made me feel good about everything we were having done. Our Installation technicians Seth, Jackson and Cesar were very professional and friendly. Explained everything, they cleaned everything up and did not leave a mess of any kind, I am very happy with all of them.

Jose was super helpful and helped set up our new Daikin A/C condenser we bought over the winter. He showed us options for improving our current furnace as well, with a surge protector and new Safe-T switch. He was super helpful, kind, and professional. Ask for him if you need any service.

We bought brand new ac and asa came out to check why it wasn't cooling. He was great! He found the issue and it was just a breaker which I didn't know. But while he was there he gave us options he taught us about how the ac works and what we have installed and how to make our airflow better he even went above and beyond and changed our filter. He was so great and knowledgeable. We are so appreciative and happy with western heating and air. Im glad we chose this company. Thank you Asa!

My experience with Apolo, Sheree, Seth, Jackson, Spencer and Western Heating and Air was great. They were all very pleasant, respectful, and professional. Jackson went above and beyond to help with an issue on our roof that i had not been able to take care of. The AC install went well and I can't wait to be cooler this summer. I would call on them again for new installs, repairs, or service.

We were in need of a new furnace and air conditioner. Clint explained the options and the best recommendation for our needs. The installation crew showed up Tyler, Terrance, Hunter, and Seth. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They removed our old system and installed the new one over a two day period. They had to get in the attic, replace all the copper lines, install a new vent. They replaced the electrical line, moved a gas line and did it right. No shortcuts. It works great and now I can’t wait to see our electrical bill with the new energy efficient system. It is so much quieter. Thanks Western Heating, both sales and install crew.

Our furnace stopped blowing warm air last Friday night; we reached out to Western first thing Saturday morning and they had a very personable technician, Devante, out within a couple of hours. The diagnosis was thorough and a plan was made to pick up the part (because it’s an older unit) on Monday. We received a call first thing this morning stating they had the part and had a technician over within an hour and a half. Gabriel, our second technician had our furnace up and running in no time. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable as he walked my husband, Drew Tanner, through everything that had taken place and his diagnosis of how we can best maintain our system.

We are overall thrilled with this stellar service and especially their quick response. The dispatchers were also very pleasant. It’s great to experience a team like this, and we signed up for a membership because of it. Thanks to all involved in restoring heat (and our spirits) in a cold and frustrating circumstance.

Hunter was prompt, professional, and even came out on the Fourth of July. He fixed my AC quickly and efficiently, and might now survive the summer. Definitely recommend and plan to use this company from here on out!
