Abel was a great tech! He explained everything very well to me and answered all questions I had about my furnace. He set up an appointment to have an estimate for a new system in our home. Joseph Garner came to our home, measured the area and addressed our concerns on our hot bedroom. He explained his thoughts on a solution for our issue and gave us plenty of options. We decided to update our entire system with a variable speed furnace and heat pump. Landon and Kaden installed our system. Both of them were very friendly and answered all questions I had and were not bothered by the homeowner wanting to be involved in the installation process. The installation took two days, Joseph showed both days to check on the progress and answered further questions that I had. It was very nice to see Joseph following up on the progress. Joseph was also prompt at replying to texts and answering any questions I had.

I will most definitely continue to use this company for all of my HVAC needs!

Mountain Air was great to work with the whole way through. From the first call to the salesperson explaining everything to the installer’s completion. We got a tankless water heater and a new high efficiency furnace.

Everything about their customer service was excellent! Out of the 4 people it took to diagnose, estimate, and replace our AC, everyone was prompt, arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and they were happy, professional, and helpful to us. I loved that they were personable and very willing to help in whatever route we wanted to take (whether to replace a broken part or to replace the entire AC). I was amazed they were able to replace it on such short notice (we contacted them Saturday night, after hours, and everything was replaced by Monday afternoon).
They offered a portable AC for as long as they needed to replace ours. They also didn't try to upsell us on anything, which we really appreciated. They saved us $6000+ by helping us notice our furnace wasn't as old as we thought it was. We would've replaced it otherwise. I would recommend them to anyone.

Without these guys do our furnace and our water heater now and they are always amazing! Every single time the text come out they are nice and professional and they are great with our dogs! They're always really good to work fast and are very respectful of your space.

Our technicians Scott and Ashton did a wonderful job on the install. Our house is several decades old, and they took the time to figure out the best way to run the new ac flue. Their communication with me throughout the process was excellent and we appreciated their attention to detail. Because of how our house was built, they did have to cut into the drywall. They assured me that Doug, who Mountain Air uses to patch that, would make it look like it never happened-and he did.The area looks great! With a job like this, you want it done right and that’s exactly what Scott, Ashton and Doug did for us. Can’t recommend Mountain Air enough!

Landon and his crew were very professional, efficient and informative throughout the installation of our heat pump and furnace installation. They were always on time and finished the project in the estimated time frame of two days. The left the work site clean.

Mountain Air went way above and beyond for us. JD Wolsey was so nice and professional. He never quit until the problem was solved. He even was kind enough to play with my dog! Even though he is a monster pup! I have been a satisfied customer for over 30 years. Thanks

These guys are awesome! Tod came in to help my AC start running better and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had suggestions for me to improve the way my system functions but never pressured or upsold anything. Only took a couple hours and its running great!! Thanks guys!
