I have always been EXTREMELY impressed with Mountain Air so when I decided to update my HVAC system which was rapidly deteriorating I knew who to call. I replaced my old water heater which was popping more than my knees going up the stairs with a new tankless heater and also replaced my furnace and AC unit with a high efficiency heat pump and auxiliary heater.

There was a lot to this install and there were a few obstacles we needed to overcome. I am here to tell you that Carson and Chad made me feel SUPER comfortable with my concerns and I felt absolutely confident that they would take care of them. I took them at their word and they delivered. That is something rare I have found in todays world.

Now onto the install... Tony and Jaden were AWESOME.. Tony took time to answer my myriad of questions and every single concern I had, he took care of IMMEDIATELY.. I was in the Army and slightly OCD ;P and from the ductwork to the piping everything was immaculate. I have absolutely no complaints and if you are researching HVAC companies you honestly don't need to look any further....

Just had Rhett come out... Your customer service is absolutely AMAZING.. It has been a long time since I have seen a company who actually cares more about the customer then trying to sell me something I don't need.. You just got a customer for life... matter of fact, while Rhett was out I had him run over to my neighbors and she is going to switch you guys :)

Mike came and found our humidifier valve solenoid was bad, that’s why the humidifier wasn’t working well. A quick fix. He was professional and helpful. Great experience. I have been very happy with the service given by Mountain Air

When it comes down to dealing with precious things like your lives, you want a company that cares. A lot of people that do business just come and go because it’s not their own homes. Mountain Air GENUIENELY cares about their work and their care. You cannot beat it. They were phenomenal and we are so grateful for the quality we received. These guys really know what they are doing and they are amazing to work with. We are doing their $150 a year plan for services and it’s the best decision we made. Thank you for taking care of us mountain air 👌🏼

Mountain Air's technicians are terrific! Bradley stopped by our home promptly on time and was professional, polite, and friendly.
He performed a thorough check of our system and expertly explained each step as he did. He was very generous with his time, providing detailed explanations to all of my questions. It was quite the education and I now have a much better understanding of how my HVAC system functions!

Due to their excellent technicians and high quality of work, we will be using Mountain Air for all of our HVAC needs!

I called in the morning and Todd was out about an hour or two later. Very quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again!

JD came over to look at my AC and immediately knew it was the thermostat. He was able to get me a thermostat that was compatible with my system which saved me almost $900, as my thermostat was not made anymore. I was dreading this outcome because I knew before he got here that the new one was $900 before install, Thank you JD for saving me that money.
Mountain Air was able to get him out here with in an hour and half of me calling them. Super pleasant on the phone setting up the appointment, mentioned their maintenance plan on the phone but was not pushy or over selling it at all. JD signed me up for the maintenance plan and saved me even more money.
Overall this was a great experience, no pushy upselling, no BS; just good quality service at reasonable prices.

Placed a request and with in 24 hrs they had a time set and showed up and had me back to a cool house in 30 min.

We have a maintenance plan with Mountain Air, and we've purchased an AC system from them previously.
Our furnace was blowing cold. I did the basics (check the flame sensor, clean the burners, check the capacitors etc) - it still wasn't working.
We decided to bite the bullet and call Mountain Air for an expert viewpoint.
First surprise; because we have a maintenance plan, there was no call-out charge.
Mervyn came out, and verified that our system was working fine (we later found out that it was a configuration issue with a stupid 'intelligent' thermostat).
Then came the second surprise.
No charge for the visit.

We've been ripped off in the past by other AC companies - it's a pleasure to work with Mountain Air, and they're one of the few companies that we recommend to family and friends.

Chad arrived on-time, same day I requested service, and assessed the issue quickly. They did a great job of first explaining what the trouble is, the cost, and how long it would take to repair the issue. Chad was up-front that the unit is old and would require replacement, and provided all the info I would need to save money through the company and suggested manufacturers. It was refreshing to have a service professional waste no time about what I need in an attempt to up-sell me on products. Thank you, Chad, for your service! I'll be going through Mountain Air for my replacement furnace ASAP!

Very professional went out of their way to accommodate different situation’s and make an amazing install. I will certainly be recommending these people to my family and friends.
