My situation was a bit intense as the previous company pretty much left a death trap in my attic. Needless to say mountain air. Specifically Travis, Steven, ash, Keith, and briefly Scott were not only helpful but knowledgeable. After replacing both my attic furnace and central ac. My home is now not only comfortable but safe. They not only found all the safety concerns and faulty equipment but corrected and installed replacements both professionally and efficiently. My thanks to Hillary and team for everything.

I called because my furnace kept shutting off. They literally sent Todd out same day and he was here within the hour. He was amazing to work with and even helped my friend and me move a bed! Working with Mike .M was a pleasure. I set multiple appointments with different contractors and Mike showed up while I was talking to one of them. He waited patiently for me to finish up with them before starting work. He took the time to listen to the issue we were having and offered solutions. He also educated us on how to check and service our own hvac system. After this pleasant experience I decided to purchase their membership plan that included filters since it was such a valuable package. We will absolutely be using Mountain air for any future HVAC needs.

On a Sunday we received an email from the company alerting us to an error code on our system we had installed in Aug staying something was wrong with our furnace, we called the given number and they got someone to come out on Monday to check it out. That person was technician Bradley; he was extremely courteous and quick service. Technician Bradley was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I’m very happy with the service I received. Bradley explained everything he was doing and taught me a few things about my system in general. Had the best experience getting our furnace 6mo service/minor repairs done. He also got us set up on our payment plan while he was here which I had a hard time getting done through the office.
