Mountain Air Conditioning & Heating

Our furnace quit working the week before Christmas and we needed someone to repair it quickly. After reading Mountain Air’s reviews in Ogden we decided to give them a try and we were really happy that we did! We ended up getting a new system because the main controller on our 12 year old Trane went out and the cost to replace and repair it was very expensive due to the current parts shortage. Everyone we worked with at Mountain Air including the repairman, salesmen and technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Our technician Robert and his crew did an excellent job coming up with some creative solutions to our small space and we couldn’t be happier with his workmanship and professionalism during the installation process. In addition to the furnace, and AC we also had a water softener installed and it has been a great addition to our home. We highly recommend Mountain Air and their services to everyone!

Mike Murphy provided the annual service on my furnace, a/c and heat pump. Mike showed his professionalism and knowledge about my system and HVAC systems in general when answering my questions. I highly recommend Mountain Air and Mike for HVAC needs.

Technician is skilled and professional. The lady at the shop was very helpful in correcting an apparent mix up with the day's scheduled appointment. As opposed to the man answering the phone who hung up on me previously.

Our service technician, Bradley, arrived for the scheduled appointment early. He was polite and professional. He immediately understood our HVAC system (furnaces, A/C, thermostats) and got to work. While he worked, Bradley explained information that I as the homeowner was interested in, including the furnace safety features. He showed me various test results and explained why they were important. I feel confident that our system is well maintained. Mountain Air is fortunate to have Bradley as a service technician.

These guys were great, they came in did a great job and finished in just over a day. Carson gave us a great quote and took good care of us. Payton and Jaden did a great job installing the a/c!

Update: A contractor was suppose to come and fix a small hole in the wall that was made to allow for some wiring. No one ever came despite me calling to follow up. As with all work hired out, don't pay until everything is done. I ended up just fixing it myself.

Zack and Mike were great. Obviously needing a repair is stressful, they were respectful, helpful, went above and beyond, and answered all questions and offered options.

Had the best experience getting our furnace 6mo service/minor repairs done yesterday. He even fixed/hooked up our humidifier than we did not even realize wasn’t properly connected- something others have apparently missed! Bradley is the best, I have not ever had someone be so thorough and then show me exactly what was going on etc..super impressed and grateful! Respectful of our time, let us know when he was on his way, thorough, honest, left us better than he found us! Thanks Bradley!
