Bradley was very friendly, professional and personable. He did a great job of double checking everything to ensure it was in working order. In addition he ensured all my questions or concerns were resolved before he left. Keep up the great work... what a great team y'all have!

This was such a smooth experience that I barely believed it even after it was over. Had a consultation for AC installation on Friday afternoon, and my AC was installed by Monday evening.

Everyone was very professional and friendly, and financing was a breeze! I didn't shop around too much, but the price seemed fair and was lower than the other places I'd looked at.

Overall I was very impressed with the ease, price, and experience Mountain Air offered. You won't regret going with them.

Mountain Air replaced three new furnaces in my house and I could not have asked for a better organization to do it! We made some modifications and they totaled stepped up working an extra day to get everything done just as we hoped! The whole crew went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in every way! Best local business and I can’t recommend them enough! So appreciative of all they did!

My outdoor AC was giving me some issues and I don’t know a thing about this stuff. Setting up the appointment was easy. They sent Bradley C who was the best tech. He was willing to explain to me what the issue was and answering my questions on what I need to do to help prevent issues, again I have no idea about this stuff. He was very professional and very personable and pleasant to talk with. He took time to show me three different options I had for repair and clear with the cost for each of the options and the perks associated with each option. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future.

Mountain Air sent out a technician same day when my A/C went out, diagnosed the problem, and provided the fix immediately. Very grateful for their immediate fix before it got too hot. I did not feel like they were trying to gouge me or add on unnecessary services. Strongly recommend if you have any AC issues!

Our AC unit went out yesterday. Called them this morning for a service and they were by within 2 hours. JD was very polite, professional and willing to take the time to look everything over and explain everything to me. I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and plan to continue to use Mountain Air for all my furnace and AC needs.

Mountain air called me first thing this morning due to a urgent maintenance notification my ac was shutdown overnight. Zackery came this morning did the fix even hosed my ac unit down made sure I had a clean filter vacuumed inside and explained everything clearly. I committed to a semi annual maintenance contract as I am terrible at replacing my filter timely. AC is working wonderful again.

Mountain Air is a great company to work with. Our furnace and A/C needed to be replaced and their sales rep (Drew) was very helpful in recommending the equipment without being pushy. The installation team (Scott, Jake and Cesar) was fantastic. Our house is old and our previous system was installed much more poorly than anticipated. This lead to more unforeseen work, which I imagine was frustrating. However, Scott and Jake were extremely professional, polite and friendly the entire time. Cesar was brought in for a day to help with some of the extra work and the same can be said about him. Despite taking a little longer than originally thought, the furnace, A/C and new air intake looks and works great! I am happy with the entire experience and highly recommend them!

Mervyn was phenomenal. Within a few short minutes he troubleshot the issue, had a plan and with my authorization he was quick in action. It was imperative that this got done today, he saved my frozen bacon in the middle of winter. Thanks Mervyn.
Other HVAC places I’ve called took days to get to my place, and didn’t have any answers. Mountain Air had Mervyn sent to me same day. He was quick to get to my place, very professional and polite and personable. I needed service to be finished quick, and it was. Also, the price was much more affordable than I was predicting. What could’ve been an expensive repair turned out to be much less than I thought. These guys are great.

I normally only review food places but I figured because of the great service today I'd add one of very few non food reviews.

I had Chad come out today for an AC tune up and he and it couldn't have been better. Their SAVE plan (a 2 times annual system check for AC and furnace) is a good value and it helps to head off potential issues before instead of after failure.

I couldn't recommend this service and this technician more!
