Quick to fix our issue

Had our first tune up today! Mike and Tomas were so friendly and helpful. Made sure I understood our new thermostat and what would work best for my house! My dog especially loved Mike!

I had a good experience with the salesman going through lots of options that would work for my house and my budget. Install was estimated at 3 days, it ended up needing 4, I understand that houses are unique and things happen. My issue came when we were planning on leaving town the 4th day of the installation. We told they we would need to reschedule do to not being home. This reschedule took many weeks. Again I understand being busy, in the mean time the pump for the condenation failed and flooded a good portion of our basement before it was noticed. The salesman quickly came out to address the issue do to the installers not having availability, this was impressive to me, we got a temporary solution for the weekend. When someone came out to replace the pump it was discovered the pump hadn't failed but had lost power due to a broken/cut wire (poor install) someone was finally scheduled to come out and finish the install. We adjusted our schedule and one guy showed up, looked at what needed to be done and said I can't do this alone.... more waiting. Finally the day came, estimated 3-4 hours to finish, took 8 hours. Lots of this time was due to an improper install that fried some of the electronics, so they had to go get replacement parts and redo the install. I liked most things about mountain air and would use them again I would recommend they do a little more training with they're installers to avoid a black mark on an othwise positive experience.

Bradley C. was an incredibly knowledgeable and professional technician. My central air quit working, and he was able to come out within 24 hours and fully repair the problem without charging an exorbitant rate. He broke the problem down for me, addressed how to solve it, and explained how to prevent further damage. He was very thoughtful in his explanations and described everything in an easy-to-understand manner, and was great about answering all of my random HVAC questions.

We’ve had nothing but great service on our HVAC system from Mountain Air and our recent technician, Abel, is among the best! He went above and beyond in entertaining our questions, explaining the current status and health of our system, and really listening and hearing our interests and concerns. Bradley from Mountain Air just finished a tune-up on my a/c. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a wonderful job, and I will definitely use this company again for my a/c maintenance.

JD just came out to check our air conditioner and did a great job! He was timely, professional, and friendly.

Jaden was very professional seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to us on the new thermostat and the difference between the one for the 2 phase air conditioner which we have versus a regular one. We even discussed the yearly maintenance program which we signed up for. Jaden was very sweet and he even carried in a bag of salt for us with much ease. It takes us 2 old people forever to get that 50lb bag up those stairs and into our laundry room. Mountain Air is definitely our go to place for our furnace and air conditioning needs. And their prices are very reasonable.
