    Got quotes from four different businesses. All were in the same price range but Mountain Air not only had the higher end equipment, discounts and rebates freely quoted but the salesman took and extreme amount of time, compared to the others, to explain everything and make sure I understood and answered all my questions. By far a superior company with the “sales pitch” that I felt they cared. Service techs were great and friendly, did a great job and cleaned up very well, which I appreciate. Despite the added inconvenience of a ramp in their way! The only area of improvement would be with their payment and collections department. I inquired three times to get payment made before I left for an out of state travel and two weeks later they are calling for payment. Which to be fair isn’t all that problematic except I wished to make the payment the date of service. But otherwise a great experience for the amount of money I spent with this company. Use them, they really are all about the customer satisfaction!!!

Zach was able to accurately diagnose the problem with our air conditioner and provided prompt estimate of needed repairs. Bradley went over and above in ensuring that the repairs were completed fully and properly.     We had a great experience with this company. Our Air Conditioning system broke down so we called and had a tech come out same day, we needed an upgrade bad, so Drew came out later that day and had an awesome new system for our whole home in just a couple of days. The crew were great. They communicated well, and were very clean and hardworking. They did a very good job. Would highly recommend this company from start to finish.

    I used installed Matt Reichter to help diagnose and replace a AC Compressor. The whole experience was professional and you can tell when someone is good at what they are doing. I have used Matt several times through the years for various projects - even when he was at a different company. I will not use anyone else. Where Matt goes, I’ll be a customer. It’s hard to find quality help sometimes. Please use Matt. He has been doing installs for 17+ years and is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly. Thanks Matt for helping us finally be comfortable in our hot home.

Where many companies just try to get you to buy a new system, Matt was focused on fixing the one I have!     We are having our HVAC updated, ran into an issue with our AC. We called Mountain Air and they scheduled us for the next day, but put us on a waiting list fir today, just in case. Turns out they had Chad available today and he was excellent. Ended up being a thermostat issue. Great service. Super professional and friendly. Thanks, Chad and Mt Air!!

    They charged me 2 diagnostic fees which I don't agree with. If they don't find the problem in a certain amount of time, they charge an additional $300 on top of the $129 diagnostic fee. Our problem was a simple bolt that wasn't properly tighten from being installed in our brand new home. So he tightened that and refilled the refrigerant because it had slowly been leaking overtime. So the end cost was $1019.
    I was satisfied with the service guy. He was really nice. But those fees were ridiculous for such a simple fix.

    Tech came out diagnosed, told me heat exchanger had a crack, didn't do much education, told me right out of the gates that the system should be replaced @ a cost starting @ 12k. He did give me other basic options minimum starting @ $1100. Long story short, got a second opinion, guy educated, took the time to take apart a few things and showed me what was going on, found a few more items that the orgigional tech missed. They are replacing my furnace and cleaned my internal coil which was absolutely caked w pet hair and causing my blower motor to constantly go bad for $4800. This guy could do the blower motor for $450, not $1100, he is using quality parts and great warranty. Price isn't everything however feel like I was being scalped...

    Call Mountain air this morning, and we received updated on how soon we could expect the technician to be here. Chad, the technician, was thorough, respectful and professional. Chad was able to locate the issue with our AC and resolve it quickly. We have had good experiences with this company and will continue to use them.
