I called at 9:30 in the morning and someone came out that same day at 11:30. Jaden was the service team member who came out and found what the issue was immediately and was able to get it resolved quickly. He had the part on him and replaced the conductor on our unit and now it is working perfectly. He even changed our filter out that was way to high for us to get up to do. He put in a higher quality one for us as well. I will definitely be recommending “Mountain Air” to others who find themselves in tough situations as we were in during this current heatwave and we will continue to use them for further issues if and when they arise…….
Mountain air replaced our boiler about 4 years ago it was only about 8 years old. The previous owner never did maintenance on it. Originally when we first moved in know one could figure out what was wrong. After blowing through the home warranty. Finally we were referred to Mountain air. We were told they specialize in boilers. They checked everything out. It finally went out again in the middle of January that was it. We had them replace it. Since then everything has been great. I just had Zac come out and do the annual service. I have 7 nest thermostats in this house and it’s my first home with radiant heat. I learn something every time they come out. They are very patient and explain everything in simple terms. Highly recommend!
Service tech Abel was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding service. Took time to completely diagnose two systems and provided feedback to help me understand what is wrong with my unit. Very professional and would definitely call Mountain Air again. High quality service at a reasonable price.
Mountain Air is always responsive with great pricing. Their technician JD was on-point, answered our questions, and took pride in his work while installing a UV air purifier! And Luis was extremely professional while performing maintenance checks!
Chad was awesome to work with! He came in the timeframe I was given and was extremely thorough in his check of my AC unit even though it was relatively new. He was super helpful with suggestions about what type of air filters to use and how to handle the fresh air vent for the heater. He also gave us recommendations about how to keep our air as clean as possible since I have allergies! Highly recommend!
