Matt came to look at our new ecobee thermostat. He was very nice and respectful. Mountain Air is who I will choose from here on out.

Mountain Air was great! The tech they sent out was professional, knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot accurately and repair the problem. He had to get a part but was proactive and attentive to getting our heater running again. I would like to highly recommend them! Thank you

It’s a rental property for me and my tenants have a small baby so I was concerned. The company showed up in about an hour and a half took care of the problem in about 3 1/2 to 4 hours total everything‘s back in service tenants are happy, and so am I
A little pricey but what isn’t in today’s world. They did give me a nice discount for paying by check rather than credit card.

Here are some things I loved about Mountain Air during their visit.
- Text message before they arrived
- Came when they said they would and the arrival window was small (90 minutes not 4-8 hours)
- Attempted to remediate the problem with the least invasive way first
- Communicated clearly about the problem and the potential solutions
- Cared for my home as though it was their own
- Vacuumed up before they left (they needed to cut some drywall)

I love that they didn't take the easy way out/hack something together but instead collaborated with me on how to do it the right way. Will call again for any future problems I may have.

Last night my AC stopped cooling, it got to 90 degrees in my house, I called Mountain Air because they where the first one that popped up in my search. Well the lady I spoke with was supper sweet and professional, she got me in contact with dispatch right away, and they sent me a technician named Daniel. He arrived on time from what they said, he was very professional, explained what the issue was and repaired the issue in no time. He also checked and validated my system was working perfectly. His knowledge and professional attitude was very impressive. I can’t thank Mountain Air and Daniel enough I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you!!

Mountain Air was the third company we called to get an estimate for replacing our 20 year old heating/cooling system. Having done this once before in a former home, I was familiar with the games different companies use that often lead up to improperly sized equipment or poor installation and code violations.

The sales rep and installation tech were experienced, professional, and able to answer all my questions. Additionally the price was competitive and fair, less than half a quote from another, highly rated company for a less efficient system.

I typically ask friends for recommendations and do my own due diligence in checking out companies I employ for big projects and Mountain Air got high scores on both accounts.

Technician arrived within 3 hours from the time I called and resolved the issue. Very professional and charges a reasonable price.

It was such a pleasure to have JD perform my water heater replacement, very knowledgeable and did a great job!

This is the second time I have used Mountain Air. Jake and Rob came out to install a new furnace for us. The install took longer than expected because of our older home and our older furnace install was difficult to get out.

They provided us with as many space heaters as we needed and fixed an issue with our hot water heater exhaust that they really could have just left alone, but they didn't and we appreciate the work they did above and beyond. Would use these guys again in a second.
