Fireplace service. Bill's Comfort was a pleasure to work with, from initial contact to service. They were friendly, efficient and accommodating when setting up a service call. I received several followup reminder texts regarding the appointment, and on the day of the appointment, a final text advising me the service tech was on his way. The service tech, Cameron, was professional, courteous and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why along with some recommendations. IMHO I would recommend this vendor to neighbors, friends and family. Thanks for the great service experience Bill!

Comfort Systems installed a new gas fireplace in our home. We checked out multiple gas fireplace dealerships and found that Comfort Systems offered the best price for the fireplace, the best price for the demolition of the existing fireplace, and the best price for the installation of the new fireplace.

The salesmen and installation technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and workable as additional adjustments were required during installation.

The Comfort Systems team worked diligently to complete their work in time so that subsequent contractor’s schedule would not be disrupted.

We’re are very pleased with the result.

Jace from Bill’s came out to fix a furnace issue I had. He was very quick and personable. He cleaned the flame sensor and showed me how to easily do it myself in the future. Other contractors have performed the same service in the past but none showed me how to clean it on my own. This should save me $ and stress in the future. He was great and I will definitely use Bill’s again

Rocky Mountain Power had an outage that triggered the central heater to fail. I got error message showing limit switch was opened. After I swapped it out for a new one, the error message still shows the same. House was so cold, it was hard to focused on doing anything. I called 'Bills Comfort System' to see if they have a window open for the same day. The dispatcher was friendly and to my surprised, place me on the schedule asap. it took 2 hours after the initial call that the tech arrive to trouble-shoot. Cameron was the technician that came over to diagnose the heater. He fixed it in 10 minutes and ran a carbon monoxide test afterward. I am very happy with the timely manner it took to resolved /restored heater to normal operation. Cameron was very professional and polite. He would go over what went wrong and gave good maintenance tips. The courteous/urgency of dispatcher, the professionalism of the technician and a reasonable repair cost is why I am giving them the highest ratings. I highly recommend this company!

Fireplace installation

Shandon and Josh removed my outdated fireplace insert and installed and beautiful new fireplace. They finished the demo job that I had started and patiently explained the options I had for placing the new insert. It required removing the old gas valve, rewiring the electricity, and reframing the fireplace box. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the trades required to give me a warm comfortable space in my room.

Bill’s Comfort Systems offered the best price for my project. I am actually glad that this spring has been cool enough to use my new fireplace in the evenings.

Jase came to our home to fix our central air. He explained to us exactly what was wrong with it and why. Jase was professional and had our air back up in no time. I highly recommend him and will be asking for him personally the next time we have a problem.
