Thai company has provided services for (4) houses that I have built for my family and (4) commercial buildings for my business of the years. This company always puts their customers needs first. He came out within 10 minutes and assisted me in repairing my AC, because it wasn’t such a massive job he gave me a break on the price. Turns out just a fuse was blown. Disappointed! I called and made an appointment to have my furnace serviced. I was told they don't make appointments for Fridays, so I chose another day. I was not going to be able to be home on the day they were supposed to come, so my Son-in-law said he would be here for them. My daughter ended up making arrangements to get off work early. They NEVER called or NEVER showed up. When I called them to find out what happened - I was told that they needed to reschedule and that they had called and left a message - which I never got. They don't seem to care whether they get business or not.

My furnace recently went out and I called them to come and look at it. They came out on time and the day that was scheduled, and fixed my furnace. Their pricing was very reasonable. Their office staff was amazing and called to let let me know they were on their way. She was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company!!

They installed a fireplace into our home including the purchase of a blower. However, they did not install a blower, even though it was paid for. I had two appointments scheduled with them over summer, and I was canceled with the excuse that “they were too busy over summer due to air conditioning repair” so trying to be understanding I told her we could reschedule to a less busier time. Charese was supposed to call me the first week in September to reschedule, but obviously I did not receive a call. We set a date, but I did not hear from anyone. When I called she told me we were scheduled for the following day, although I was sure it was for that day. Needless to say, I was canceled again. Both days I even had to arrange for alternate childcare. They made the mistake the in the first place and since they already have our money they’re not trying to make the repair. I’ll be contacting my lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and work with a reputable company!

Forced Aire has been my provider of choice for years, I know and trust this family. They come twice a year and clean and maintain my Heating/AC system, I don't even have to remember to call them! And any time I have needed a repair I have always felt educated and that it was a fair price! THANKS FORCED AIRE!!!!

I scheduled to have my gas fireplace repaired.They called me the day of the appointment and cancel because too many other clients were without heat, and I wasn't a priority. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later and they did the exact same thing. I even arranged from work to be home that day. Had I wanted to try and reschedule again (which I didn't) they wouldn't have been able to help for 4 more weeks. Now, I get that a cold house is much more important than a fireplace repair. And I am grateful my family was not without heat, but unless you have a "heat emergency" don't use this company. You just aren't a priority to them.

Forced Aire decided to skip our appointment on 10/19 with no communication from anyone at the company. We waited and waited for several hours past our 12-2PM window, but nothing. My wife called several times when technician didn't show up, and she left several messages. We didn't hear anything back. When we got back in to town yesterday my wife called to see what happened and to reschedule. The receptionist was rude and said "we have no openings for appointments through the end of November - call someone else" and hung up on my wife! AVOID this mess! I wish we had.
