Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning was absolutely wonderful with everything from the bid process down to the install of our new HVAC system. I've used Air Now for repairs on my older system for about three years and each time they came over they'd say, "Rob, you may want to look into a new unit in the next year or so." I'd blow it off and do the whole ya, ya, ya. Well this past winter our older furnace began to do these little gas build up explosions, usually around 3 or 4:00 in the morning. Long story short, we began the bid process for a new system. We decided on a top of the line 98% efficient multi stage blower, I mean best of the best. Problem that we were seeing was thr three big name products were way over our budget by almost two times. Jeff from Air Now came over drew up three options for me with the best being this 98% efficient unit. One other issue I was wanting done was the removal of an old Carrier brand air cleaner or something like that that took up so much room. Jeff added that into the quote and still came in under or planned budget. I was completely surprised that they were able to take care of that issue giving us do much more room it looks great, their install team, Alan and Josh were amazing, they were professional in every way you could think of. Thanks so much Air Now for a cool house, Thanks personally Jeff, Alan and Josh you're the best!

After hour repair of our furnace on a cold night. Very professional, and thorough. We will use again for all our HVAC service and repairs. Highly recommend

I was very pleased with their service. I could tell Jeff really cares about the best possible product and fitting the needs of the customer. I was even more encouraged when a crew lead came with one of his guys and praised him for the work he was doing. That to me showed that they have camaraderie internally, and when there are happy employees there are happy customers! All of them were very friendly with me, hard working, and down to earth. Well done guys!

They have been amazing! I have been telling everyone I know that they should call Air Now if they have trouble with their A/C! They were willing and able to come out the same day to fix or A/C! They were up front and honest. Even though they came to our house late at night, they didn't rush the repair. They were very thorough and tested everything to make sure they fixed it right. I would recommend them to anyone!
We had them replace our system and they did an awesome job with that too! I love our new system and have been really impressed with they way it was all handled. Jeff is concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied with the job that was done! Best customer service I have received from an HVAC company. And we have dealt with several others the last few years, none really seemed to care about our long term comfort.

Air now provided outstanding customer service, workmanship, and products. They were awesome to work with! And I am very pleased with the new air conditioning system and furnace that they installed in my home. They communicated well, made sure I understood my choices, and kept me informed from the beginning to the end. And they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and all of the issues related to my new system were addressed. They were careful and diligent in making sure that my new system would result in a more comfortable home from top to bottom in addition to being more efficient. They were very thorough. And the result is a more evenly distributed and much more comfortable temperature throughout my home. I could not be happier and more grateful. I highly recommend their services!

My unit outside had stopped and when down the list Google had gave me from my search. Air Now Heating & Air Coniditioning picked up late night and came to the rescue! Jeff was the tech that came and looked at my unit and gave me honest and professional diagnosis on my unit. After I bombarded him with questions, he educated me and what my next plan of action was just so I don’t get the “run around.” He suggested I get with my builders HVAC guys and see if I can get my unit replaced under them since my home is still under warranty. With Jeff’s diagnosis and suggestions, my builders HVAC guys verified his findings. Now my builders HVAC guys are going to replace my unit without question. Without Jeff’s expertise diagnosis, I probably would of gotten the “run around” from the other guys. In the future If have any other HVAC issues these are they guys who I will call. There is no question about that! Thank you for all help Jeff!

Air Now is a very good company to deal with. Jeff, the owner, is a good guy and very honest. He's up front with how he conducts his business and his company has very good customer service. He cares very much for his business and his customers and wants the best for both. Their showroom area is nice and clean and the person at the desk was very helpful. I would recommend Air Now to a friend if they needed help with an HVAC problem.

Air Now was AMAZING!! Jeff the owner, was so kind and was fast coming to look at our problem with our furnace. He was really honest and the prices were fair, and we had a new furnace installed not even a week later! Also the guy who installed it was fast and really nice and went over everything with us. Jeff even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect, we will never use anyone else for heating and air! We have already recommend a few friends!
