Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning

I had these guys come look at our furnace late this year, 2017. Shawn did a really thorough job looking at our furnace. He literally tore it apart, crawled into the furnace, and inspected it with mirrors, flashlights and cameras. He confirmed what two other contractors had confirmed that day - our furnace was unsafe to operate and needed to be replaced.
He gave a competitive quote, and did a thorough followup after the visit. We ended up going with them because of their installation availability, competitive price, and Shawn's attitude. Our usual HVAC guy had tried to rip us off by 20% or so. We trusted Shawn to not let us down.
The crew did good work in about a day. We have a toasty house now with a new furnace and AC.
The only thing that I'd say could use improving is their cleanup and finish work - they left a bunch of bits of trash in the utility closet, forgot some glue too and had some of the AC line filler caps left uncapped. But, all in all I'd recommend them.

Our furnace wouldn't come on on Wednesday morning so I called 3 HVAC companies to get estimates. Air Now was our choice. Jeff Hanchett, the owner of the company, showed up a couple of hours after I called. Below is a txt I sent him:

Gayle picked up my call and was very helpful. She sent Paul our right away. It was 5pm on a Saturday and our blower fan motor went out. He was quick to get a replacement. He did have to go back and get a second motor as first one was bad. He was super fast, friendly and very helpful. I am very glad I called Air Now. I will be using them again when I have any more heating cooling needs Thank you guys!!!

Jeff and Shawn were AWESOME! Not only did they replace my central AC unit, but they've also serviced one of my mother's rental properties, and a condo for my in-laws. Consistently awesome across all three! Very honest! My mother was told she needed to put in a new furnace and AC by another company, and Shawn, after a thorough inspection concluded that she only needed a new part and brought the system back to life - literally saving my mother thousands of dollars! Highly recommended!

Jeff was very professional and outgoing. The installation of our new furnace and central air was fast and beautiful. Jeff went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. I would recommend. him to anyone. We really enjoyed working with him.

Air Now is handsdown the best! After having a horrible experience with another contractor. Jeff, Shawn, and Barry took care of us. Shawn found the problem to my ac. When your A/C goes out you need quick relief. Family members shared a company they liked but they said it would take 2 weeks to get to us... My husband researched and chose AirNow and we could not have been happier with their service and coming out the next day! I was impressed at their knowledge and really wanting to help solve the problem and get the job done right. We will certainly call Jeff and his team again.

When our AC went out Air Now came so highly recommended by friends we decided to give them a call. They were so kind on the phone and got us in that day. Shawn was our Tech and he was so friendly, he took time to go over all the details with us. He was so great with our kids and never made us feel rushed even though he had more calls to get to. It is something to be proud of to have such awesome employees that everyone can relate to. Air Now will be our go to HVAC company and we will definitely recommend them to all of our friends.

Shawn came to our home and fixed our furnace after business hours. He was very helpful, friendly, and even waited around for a while just to make sure the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend using Air Now, especially Shawn. He's great.

We had six different companies come out and price out a furnace and a/c combination. Not only was Air Now one of the cheaper options, Jeff was honest and clear with us. Also, the brand of furnace and a/c came with a ten year warranty from the manufacture for parts and labor. Our installers, Dave and Noe did quick and quality work. We would recommend this company to anyone.
