Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning

Jeff showed up very soon after I called. He fixed the problem I had for the best price. I was prepared to fully replace my AC and he said I didn’t need to and dice the minor issue it had.

Air now is fantastic. They worked with us last year in replacing our AC unit, and when I needed a simple fix this year to the heater, Jeff was right there taking care of things. Alan with AirNow, was super friendly, helpful and fast. He was able to fix our broken furnace within the same day (really within like 4 hours of making the initial call to AirNow). Very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely use AirNow again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

Holiday weekend on 12/22 I called and was instantly impressed with Alan. He was able to arrive at my rental home within a few hours of the call and troubleshoot the issue. I selected my option for the fix and he had the furnace running in minimal time. Excellent response time and customer service.

We had Shawn come help us after hours on the weekend and he was amazing. It was our first experience with them... just called them randomly needing emergent help at a family cabin, and he was so efficient, honest and helpful. We will now use them regularly we liked his work so much. And now we have a warm cozy house!!!!!

Jeff and his crew were amazing! I have a very peculiar A/C situation and Jeff worked with me until all issues were resolved. He's responsive, trustworthy, and has great ethics when it comes to customer service. I'll keep going back to him in the future.

Great Service!!! Our A/C went out in the afternoon. When I got home from work the house was 88 degrees and my wife wanted things fixed as soon as possible. I called Jeff at Air Now and he said that he would send someone over to take a look at the system.

A short time later Shawn showed up at our home. After checking the furnace and A/C coils Shawn decided to check the compressor. He quickly found that the capacitor was blown and was able to replace it in about 10 minutes. Once the new part was in he made sure that everything was running correctly.

I have dealt with other companies that would have tried to sell me a new compressor instead of fixing the one we have. I would highly recommend Air Now to anyone in need of a professional repair.

Came back from a great fishing trip in Wyoming, returned on labor day to find our A/C unit had quit working, I found Air Now in Ogden on a google search. I called and Jeff answered, sent Shawn out within an hour and fixed, no run around and completely professional. We would recommend them to everyone!! very honest and great people. Thanks Shawn & Jeff!
