Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning

We have just loved doing business with Air Now. They have given us wonderful customer service with a quality product. We had a full HVAC system installed. Jeff the owner is very professional and nice. He really made sure we purchased a system that was perfect for our family at a good price. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

AWESOME company to work with and very responsive. Our AC went out on a Saturday. They texted me that evening and we set up a repair time for Monday at 11am. Alan did a great job trying to get our 21 year old unit to work, but we decided it was best to replace. He didn't charge me for his time and pulled out the $200 piece that we didn't need in a system we were getting rid of. Gave me a bid and hoped we'd call. We did end up going with them to replace both our AC and Furnace and I thought their pricing was very fair if not lower. They were able to get our new system installed three days later due to a cancelation. The gentleman that installed the new system was very professional and did a great job. TOP notch work and they have since checked on us. I would highly recommend these folks. Very honest and great to work with!!

I am very pleased with Air Now. They are legit and really desire to go the extra mile in making you happy! I would highly recommend them to anyone. There were some issues that I had and Jeff, the owner addressed them perfectly and wanted his best man Dave to finish it up the way it should of been. They went why over what I expected. If you want an incredible company to help you with Air Conditioning/Heating, I would highly recommend them to anyone..5+ stars treatment and reasonable with pricing.

Had a complete HVAC replacement after the A/C went out. Jeff took time out of his family vacation to call me and schedule the replacement. After Jeff came to our house to assess our needs he recommended an affordable yet still a very nice system. He took the time to customize our system to maximize it's efficiency. Dave did the install and he was very thorough and friendly. He even let me watch him work and ask questions...Great customer service! Highly recommend airnow!

I called Air Now first thing in the morning for a slow moving AC unit on my house. They were able to come out the next morning and determine that my Capacitor was bad. The tech had the part in his truck and was able to fix my unit in about 20 minutes. Once the AC unit was fixed, the tech came into my house (wearing booties on his shoes. Nice touch) to test the air flow and temperature. Once that was all check out and running great again, I was able to pay right there on his tablet and get an emailed receipt. I was VERY please with the customer service that I received from Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning. The owner Jeff is top notch and a pleasure to work with. I'm glad that people like him own businesses like this. I would highly recommending calling these guys for a fast efficient repair. Thanks Jeff, I truly appreciate all your help!

Staff was friendly and informative. Got a really great deal on a furnace tune up. They gave a lot of time and attention to it and informed me about everything that was going on and answered my questions. They arrived right at the beginning of the window they gave me, sent me a text when they were on their way with a picture of the technician that would be arriving. Overall great experience. I would definitely use them again.

We have had Air Now work on our A/C and heating for several years now. All of the workers are very thorough, and we have always been very satisfied with the whole experience. We recently had them replace our furnace and their price was almost $2,000 cheaper than a leading competitor. Highly recommend!

What an AWESOME company, had the pleasure of meeting Shawn who performed an A/C and furnace inspection at my property. I was more than impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge Shawn provided during the service. Took the time to fully explain how my furnace was performing both incorrectly and correctly while making the necessary adjustments to insure it was running properly. So far we have used Air Now twice, and have been very pleased with the results. The people we have worked with have been prompt and knowledgeable about their product.
First, our air conditioner broke, and we called them to fix it, based on a friend's recommendation. We ended up having to replace it , but they gave us options to consider so that we could make an informed choice. They did a great job replacing it, and the price was reasonable.
They also warned us that our water heater was going to be leaving us soon to go to the great applicance dump in the sky, and when we couldn't have it replaced right away, gave us advice about how to install it when the time came.
The time did come, very quickly, and we got a new water heater to install it. However, we found that a gas line was in the way. So, we called Air Now to help us with that, fully anticipating that we would have to pay for the help. They came out the same day, removed the pipe safely and put it back, and didn't charge us a thing. Wow! Thank you very much, Air Now!
