From his first visit, Paul went above and beyond. He even helped pull overgrown weeds out of our dirty ac unit! He helped in getting us our quote quickly, and chasing down suppliers and keeping us posted on his progress. He was professional, friendly, and I highly recommend him and his company! Will use again! Awesome customer service! I was way impressed with everyone that I worked with at this company. Which was Myron, Alan and Jeff the owner. They were all supper helpful and informative they took the time to make sure I understood everything and I was able to get my AC back up and running. I will definitely use these guys the next time I have an HVAC need.

Our A/C went out and we were told by another company that it would cost an arm and a leg to replace it and that we would get a call the next day with an official quote. I was always taught to get a second opinion especially on such an important investment so I found Air Now online. I saw that they were 5 star rated and gave free evaluations. The Technician answered my after hours call on a Friday night and set an appt for early the next day. The Technician was on time and very professional, after a re-evaluation of our A/C he confirmed that we needed a replacement. The decision to have Air Now replace our unit was a no brainer. We were fully informed on all our options and what would be best for our home and budget. On the date of installation the same technician returned again with his crew. They were on time and explained the process of replacement and kept us informed throughout the installation. When the A/C was complete they thoroughly went through its operation and any questions we had. We were very impressed with our Technician and our over all experience with AirNow. We will definitely be referring them to friends and family and will be having them service our Heater come Winter. Calling AirNow was a great decision, we are happy, satisfied customers which is wonderful especially since we still haven't even heard from the other company. You won't regret calling these guys!

Shawn with AirNow was very courteous and knowledgeable. AirNow was the third quote that we received to clean the coils in our A/C unit. (Most reasonable) Shawn was very professional and demanded that the work get done properly and with efficiency. I would not hesitate to use or refer their service again.

I have had issues every summer with my AC for 6 years. I wanted to use a company I never had used before hoping they would finally be able to fix it. I searched on Google and found this company who had excellent ratings. The initial call was great. She was efficient but not hurrying me. I am in Midvale and didn't realize they were so far away but they didnt seem to have a problem coming out that far. I wish I remembered the guys name who came because he was great! I detailed all the things I had had done in the past. He was patient and sympathetic. He did all his checking and came back with some options. Mostly I've had issues with a leak no one seems to be able to fix. He offered me a solution no one else ever had in 6 years of issues and he made it as affordable as he could. It's been about 2 weeks and I think we may finally have fixed the issue! I guess I will know next summer for sure but so far this year it's running better than it ever has. I have already recommend them to friends and will continue to!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Shawn and Alan have taken great care of us. Everyone is very professional and they are just great, friendly people. It's been a pleasure to work with them. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Shawn was great! He worked effeciently and walked me through everything. He was very nice and was a comfort to know everything was great and if anything happens we can call them day or night and have it taken care of!! Will be my go to guys for heating and air from now on!!

On Wednesday night my furnace stopped working. By Thursday evening I had Shawn come out and look at my furnace. He was very friendly and we talked the entire time he was working on my furnace. He explained everything that was going on in very basic terms. He told me that the board on my furnace was going out, it'd be about $400 or so to replace. He also mentioned that fixing the board may only be a temporary fix and given the age of my furnace, something else may break down. He then called the owner Jeff who came over to my house within 30 minutes (it was around 8:30pm or so when he called him). Jeff then walked through my whole house, assessed the windows, ducting and also the "flooing" of how my water heater and furnace were currently connected. He mentioned that it was a safety hazard. He then sat me down and recommended a medium sized furnace, and threw in a free thermostat. We didn't completely finish that night till about 10:30pm. Jeff and Shawn were only concerned about getting everything taken care of that night. I can't thank Jeff enough for being proactive about fixing a safety hazard that I was completely unaware of. After the furnace installation, Jeff personally came to my home to sign paperwork and check out the installation. He was frustrated that the installers didn't wipe the top of the furnace off and asked if I had a vacuum so he could clean it off before he left. I couldn't be more impressed with the service, price and overall experience! He also filled out the manufacturer paperwork for me so I have a 10 year part/labor warranty on my furnace without having to do anything on my part. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

AirNow put in a Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning system for our home. We worked with Jeff who went over everything with us and answered all our questions. Once we signed the contract he had his installation team out the following day to do the installation. The installation was completed in one day and everything was done very professionally. Jeff also did the paperwork for our rebates and we got everything that was promised. We have been extremely happy with our new Lennox system and the service we have received from AirNow. If you are planning to put in a new heating and air conditioning system, it would be worth your time to speak with Jeff at AirNow.

Alan took a phone call late at night and was able to be at the house first thing in the morning on a Sunday. He had the furnace up and running in about 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Thank you for the great service.
