These guys are very straightforward and don't try and upsell you on anything. they have a great system in place for servicing and repairing things and are very well priced. I've even gone for getting something fixed and they have done the repair on the spot if it's just something small and silly. I've been going to these guys for about 6 years and look forward to many more

Purchased a ICM2902 ignition control module that was defective. Called Johnstone supply basically was told if i plugged it in, its no longer our problem. They said they will not warrantee it. After several attempts, i finally just called ICM controls directly and they took care of the problem they are sending me a new one.

These guys are very knowledgeable and on the ball. They have most everything you can need for HVAC and mechanical work. I really appreciate the support these guys give my company. Thank you.

Front desk man attempted to charge me $53 for a $20 gallon of oil. I had called before going to check the price. They told me $20 over the phone.
