We paid up front for our HVAC to be updated before we finish the remodel in our basement. The Barlow team did not have the time to finish the job like they thought, the day before Thanksgiving, so they told us they would come back and finish. They did not clean up after that days work and left us to clean up there mess on Thanksgiving. When I called the manager Brad he was arrogant and condescending. He did not care that we pend our Thanksgiving cleaning up his companies mess.
We were victimized by a man at our home and he set our home on fire. Called and Emailed Rikley Chambers on January 16, 2023, about the fire and asked for a refund of the over payment, being we will have the Restoration team fix and finish the HVAC system. In April 17, 2023, I called and emailing Anna, at the Corporate office in customer service, because calling and emailing the local office did not work. On April 18, 2023 Rikley emailed me and told us that he would send a refund for the work that was not done. It is now June 6, 2023 and nothing has been sent and again no one will answer my email or calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE!

As part of my maintenance plan, I received reminders to get it scheduled. I used the business’s website to provide 2 dates and times that would work for me. I then received a confirmation for the accepted date/time. That made scheduling very easy! Caleb Ahasteen was the technician that called when he was on his way. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He serviced the unit, answered all of my questions, and then made sure I knew how to properly clean the unit. Thanks for making it simple to use the maintenance plan!

Barlow’s company is great to work with. They are always professional and really quick for service calls. Rio came out today for out A/C service and he was awesome!! Very knowledgeable on my system and answered all my questions!! Thank you!

Our heating, cooling plumbing services are always maintained by Barlow service experts company. Today their technician, Rodolfo M. came to inspect our air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and took the time to answer my concerns and clearly explained how our system was performing. Rodolfo did a thorough inspection We are very happy with both Barlow and Rodolfo's as we are sure we are getting the best maintenance services.

These guys were awesome! Our lovely Utah weather decided to heat up really quickly and our AC unit was not ready to work for us. We found out when it was 80 degrees outside that our unit was not working and therefore our house was not cooling. We called around noon on Monday and they were able to send Trent out 4 hours later to fix it. Trent had everything on hand to get things up and running super quickly. Trent was professional and kind and clearly knowledgeable. Thank you guys for helping us out!

Derrzn and Victor were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Got my tankless water heater flushed and serviced. Great technicians and very responsive company. Would highly recommend Barlow and all their technicians.

He was attentive, professional, and kept me informed of the process and potential concerns. Barlow Service Experts had been maintaining our heating and air conditioning units for the last 8 years. Trent does an AMAZING job. He is on time consistently. He is very clean in his workspace. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation. We are extremely pleased.
