Adam and Tyler came for a routine furnace check. We were surprised to learn that our heat exchanger was extremely corrosive and about to die! They insured us that it could be replaced but our system was so old that it would be better to get a new one! They quoted us a price and said if we could install tomorrow that they would ask their manager for an additional discount. The next day we had Ryan and Lucas come and they were on time! They were both extremely kind and put up with my kid’s running around! I was shocked at how fast they worked and their clean up was extremely impressive! I have recommended Barlow to all of my neighbors! I will only use this company in the future!

We have two houses and Barlow Service Experts help us take care of both. When our hot water suddenly went out a couple weeks ago, we were super grateful that our water heater was on their advantage plan. They sent over a plumber right way. I wish I could remember his name, but he was fantastic. He was able to fix the problem quickly, kept us in the loop while he was working and costs were covered by our advantage plan member. It was such a relief. We also participate in their maintenance program. This last month Jill, Dan, and Roberto came over both our homes to make sure our furnace and air condtioning were running well, and that the filters were changed. They are friendly, on time, and break down what is going on in a way that is easy to understand. Jill helped our air-conditioning run more effectively at one house and Roberto and Dan helped us get on an Advantage plan for the furnace at the other house. We are super happy with Barlow Service Experts. We recommend them to everyone!

Excellent experience. Company had a cancellation and sent tech Brandon to our home same day. He was on time, professional, communicative, credible, thorough, and reasonable. He identified the likely issue, gave a recommendation and fee quote, and resolved the issue quickly and effectively. We noticed a major change in our AC immediately.

The invoice and pictures were terrific. The pics showed the issues identified and the work needed. Very helpful.

Harry is INCREDIBLE!! Our A/C wasn't working and we were stumped on what it could be. We're in the middle of a really big remodel and stressed when the A/C stopped working. He came out on a Sunday and found the source of our issue immediately! It was an Electrical issue on our end and nothing to do with our new unit. He was soo nice, helpful and someone I always want to work with for all of our Furnace and Central air needs! I'm referring Harry and Barlow Service to Everyone I know!! THANK YOU

Harry Biswell came to our home and was incredibly friendly and explained every single thing he checked and did throughout the appointment. We appreciated his timeliness, positive attitude, and overall helpfulness and will be contacting him for any future heating and AC needs!

We got an error code after some recent electrical work and Danielle and Jill came to help resolve the problem and clear the code. Both Danielle and Jill were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They were also very patient will all of my questions and with my 3-year-old daughter. She was even a little sad to see them go when they had fixed everything. They kept it family friendly and never walked on the carpet without foot covers on. Thanks again!

Amazing! The professionals here are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and courteous. John P. and Lucas V. did a great job installing our new HVAC system, they were very patient with all of my questions and it was abundantly clear that they genuinely loved their work and appreciated the outcome almost as much as I did. Michael C. was also a great salesperson who was very relatable and professional. He made us feel like we deserved the best all through the process, I never felt like he was trying to steer us into a particular system either. I recommend them to everyone without any hesitation.

Brandon and Daniel Elmer were absolutely amazing! No car salesman speeches or selling me stuff we didn’t need. They advised of issues that will be arising but didn’t try getting us to pay NOW since they were still working. Honest on time and very detailed. Danielle & Harry we’re absolutely amazing. Immediately identified my AC issues. Provided small changes to make so as to prevent it in the future and instead of pitching me an exorbitant amount for something I didn’t need they got my AC up I’m running in less the 30mins. When it comes to “taking care of the customer” the professionalism I experienced with Danielle and Harry tonight have definitely earned my business. Also from the time I placed my call for service (after hours, 8:30pm) to the time they showed up at my door was less then 25mins. Crazy fast for an after hours call.

Adam was friendly and thorough. He presented lots of future options. Tyler was also very informative and friendly. Made us feel confident in our purchase.

Today, one day after Adam and Tyler set up our install, Ryan and Lucas came to our home shortly after 8 and worked for 6 hours. The furnace is installed and all of the ducts cleaned. They were prompt, professional and great to answer any questions and concerns.

Job well done on both days!!!
