Sylvia came out and serviced both my A/C units and furnaces. She was very thorough and did a great job! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Rodolfo was my technician this time. This was part of my 6 month checkup. He noticed that the heating unit would shut off after a few minutes, never reaching the desired temp on the thermostat. He replaced the air filter and cleaned the flame sensor. Heater runs like a charm. Great service as always from Barlow.

Trent was my technician. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing to my heating system. Repair was finished within 15 minutes.

Rodolfo was my service technician today. He was very friendly. When asked about the thermostat, he went over it with me, which was very helpful. He completed the furnace check and was very thorough. Thank you, Rodolfo, for your service!

Taylor and Kalab installed a new water heater to replace the leaking water heater. The office did a great job communicating their estimated time of arrival and the team arrived on time. Rodolfo's attention to detail and care for our home was excellent. Friendly and great personality. I'll be requesting that Rodolfo perform our annual maintenance next year. Love our new system, installed 18 months ago, and the Advantage Plan is worry and hassle free. Rylie was very professional, polite, and friendly. She came in and immediately put on boot covers (it was snowing outside). She went and did her thing and then let me know what things to watch for, how to get the most out of my aging system, and gave me some recommendations. We'll continue to keep using Barlow Service Experts for the foreseeable future.

So impressed with Jim, he was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. He took the extra time to help me and my husband understand more about the system and how it works. We are so appreciative. Hailey, who helped us schedule, was also so friendly and responsive. We will absolutely use their services in the future!

I had Harry Biswell come out from Barlow for a maintenance visit on our furnace. He was very kind and informative. He did a great job. He helped me to know what I can do to keep my furnace and AC working at top condition. It was great!
