We’ve had a great experience with our new furnace. The annual maintenance is a great feature and Sylvia was wonderful to work with.

Easy appointment. Rylie called early in the appointment window and arrived soon thereafter. Quickly and efficiently checked the equipment and answered all our questions.

Sylvia did a great job servicing my furnace today. She even helped find a gas leak from my basement stove! Thanks to her we avoided some big problems.

Sylvia has serviced our two furnaces and has done an excellent job. We will most likely replace our 18 year old furnace and humidifier based on the age and Sylvia’s recommend.

The guy shows up, opens the furnace door and says right off, you need a new furnace. Then he checks one thing and says the gas valve is bad, which was not the problem. He did not give me a quote to fix it, he said his salesman would call on Monday, then he left. He also charged me an extra $99 on top of the $97 service call fee because it was Christmas Eve. Not impressed at all. Signed, left in the cold without a furnace.

Rodolfo got the job done, I have two furnaces and needed repair on one and we decided to upgrade the other, his advice was very helpful and our furnace is blasting heat, and super friendly guy will request him when ready to do maintenance.

Had a technician, Rodolfo, come to my home to provide maintenance on my furnace. Rodolfo showed up on time and was very helpful and kept me informed of what he was doing. I have 3 large dogs that can be intimidating and he was patient while the dogs became accustomed to him being there. I appreciate his service and his calm demeanor. Thanks for coming Rodolfo. :)

We had Harry over to do a tune up on our heater before the weather gets cold. He was so helpful and courteous! He explained how the heater was working in detail and even showed my son the inside of the heater on the camera (which my son thought was the coolest.) Professional and friendly, we highly recommend them.
